Basic Information Section

- Billy Kuhbier, Stabsfeldwebel,  Regimentsstabsfeldwebel der Kaisergarde. I'm tasked with the training of the KG, as well as ceremonial events. I am also in charge of frontline command during times of combat.
- Barry Kuhbier, Polizeiuntermeister. Part of the Interior Minister's guard detail, I'm tasked with the protection of the IM, MOI Leading State Secretary, and NSB High Command

How long have you been roleplaying?:
On Prometheus, I joined at the end of 2023 or the start of 2024. On GMod as a whole, I started Roleplaying, though not at the same time as Prometheus, at around 2021 or earlier.

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for, and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:
I have recieved a 1 hour ban by Whoreson last year, it was due to me telling others that the Lord Admiral is Whoreson's alt character. Since then, I've ensured that I don't talk about people's 'other characters'.
I received an RDM note last year. I believe this was due to my misunderstanding of the trespassing & shooting rules, as I shot a trespasser without trying to detain them. Since the, I've ensured to attempt detainment before shooting people.

What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?
None, this would be my first time in GMod staff.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I believe I've been in Prometheus for a considerable amount of time and have encountered several situations that the rules do not specifically address. This would help me understand the more niche problems that players might sometimes face. I have also seen more common situations, which means I know what should happen at those times, however, I have not. been in the community for so long that I would forget my own mistakes as a new member of the community, and so I believe I would be more understanding towards new players. Overall, my experience with staff members over the time I've been on Prometheus will make my training easier for recruitment staff.

Furthermore, I believe I am quite active in both EU and US time zones, which makes me versatile and open to helping during times of low staff activity, as well as available for training whenever members of the Senior Administration / Recruitment Staff are available.

Overall, I believe that I also have the personality that a staff member should have; I am understanding of players who have just entered the community, or have been caught in a difficult situation regarding rules, as I have been in the same place. I am also a fair judge and don't care about a player's faction or if they are someone I know, and even if my judgement begins to tilt, I'd be able to recognise it and pass the staff sit on to another staff member. 

I like the community of Prometheus, even if it has its ups and downs, just as any community does; it keeps going and improving. I would enjoy being a part of the team that allows this to function, as it is one of my main GMod servers, and one I tend to enjoy the gameplay and overall experience that this server provides.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

The duties of the Staff Team are the following;
Help any player who has a question about rules or the RP in general. They should encourage new players to continue playing the server, and also explain how to play correctly.
Punish any player who breaks the rules, as they are put in place to ensure a fair and fun experience for all players, and staff need to uphold that experience. It should be said that staff should take a level of autonomy on whether, or how much, to punish a player, as not every event is the same, and the rules do not outline the dos and don'ts in every possible situation.

The responsibilities of the Staff Team are the following;
To learn from their mistakes, or while watching other sits. There is always going to be a new situation that hasn't happened before, and staff members are responsible for learning how to take care of them.
Staff members are also responsible for taking tickets and upholding their quota.
