Explain why you were PK'd:  I didn't hear the command for me to stop, and I had guns pointed at me, so I was shot for not listening.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I couldn't hear him over all the screaming and when I finally did notice someone arresting me, I turned around and stopped then I was shot by him way too quickly. I felt like he was too fast to shoot even when I didn't have a weapon out and even when I did stop, he ended up shooting me anyways also the military were helping us arrest that man and when lapo started arresting us they came to back us which made the lapo outnumbered  so idk if fear rp can be used in this instance and if It can than that's my fault and I'll learn from it.

I was there as well and i Could not hear anything. and in the clip we both stopped and right after we stopped that's when the gunfire started,so its dumb of how he gets PK'ed when in the clip it shows him stopping when finally hearing him and he's a good character for rp.

Hiya,

I was indeed the one that issued your PK. In your first point, you point out that there was an excess amount of screaming, which I can 100% agree with, however I believe that the person that shot you was yelling quite loudly and above the crowd in the clip that you provided (at least in the officer POV), which can 100% be disputed. Secondly, you address that only Administrators can PK officers. This is true, and was an oversight on my part when issuing the PK as I am not of permission to PK CO's without a higher approval than my own. 

After a bit of thought, I would personally agree to the PK being overturned as it was a bit of a loud situation and I could understand how you may have not heard the aggressor, in addition to the fact that I personally messed up in the process of conducting your PK, which I do deeply apologize for.
