Explain why you were PK'd: I was pked because I started a gun fight when I shot a murderer.

Why should you be un-PK'd?:

I did not start the gun fight because I only continued a roleplay situation. I was in my police car driving down the road. Then I saw a man get killed on the streets. As a police officer, I responded to the situation and drove to where the murder occurred. Upon arriving I got out of my car and pulled out my luger. Then I shot the threat dead right there and then before he could shoot anyone else. Next thing I know some unknown assailant that was not involved in the situation shot me.

In this situation I only continued a roleplay scenario because I was already involved in the situation before I shot my gun, I was responding to it as an officer, and the person who killed me did it for no reason. How I was involved in the situation was that I saw the murder and responded to it. At that moment I became part of the situation. When I arrived at the scene, I only continued the situation. As said previously, how I got involved into the situation was for a legitimate reason because I was an officer. As an officer I responded to the situation and did what I had to do in order to handle the situation. The person who killed me had no reason to shoot me. When I killed the murderer and later got shot, the person who shot me got involved for no reason and had no connection to anyone involved in the situation.
