Explain why you were PK'd: PK'd for the reason "started gunfight and lost" but that's not what happened.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I should be un-PK'd for the simple reason of that's not what went down and how he died is legit. Browniemeister was too busy trying to tie up a girl in the Luftwaffe and he stated he's MGD and the MGD has a warrant. When I overheard that I went over there to see if they were in fact MGD and or just trying to find other reasons to abuse their authority, When I went up the stairs they took the Luftwaffe enlisted member into an office and I opened the door. Not once did the man guarding say what he was doing or any orders he gave me to back up. He then dealt damage to me knocking me from full hp to half. I took out my pistol and shot the man in the face for initiating with me, and I proceeded to fire my weapon striking him. The General major who's just been nosey the whole day and not minding his business shot me, and stated out loud IN CHARACTER: "He's never waking up again" and he stated that sentence about twice, He was killed as well for shooting me. Before I respawned, I heard the body fall with him speaking and we both respawned. Once I respawned Browniemeister on his troll character Picks me up with his physgun and proceeds to call me retarded, and slow. He explained I lost a gun fight and now I'm dead. In the clip it shows him doing damage to me, and I defended myself no matter what he said in game, There was no reason to hit me with his firearm.

Additional Information: 
Don't mind the crosshair it was just for 10 minutes and during those 10 minutes this had happened.

Also, #2. Of PK-Guidelines state "Purposefully subjecting someone into a situation which puts them under valid PK guidelines." Meaning Dealing damage to someone and forcing them to DEFEND themselves purposely.

I'll take the forum hit for replying to something that I'm not involved with.

You literally have the Swastika as your crosshair and are sitting in a discord call with people actively streaming the game with other people communicating "lot of people dying over here". 

I've never seen a self own this hard from someones own clips.

Hi, so I genuinely don't know if you are slow or if you have a crater the size of mars on the back of your head. 

So, regardless of the fact of you blatantly metgaming (watching the stream of the situation) and your crosshair (something that you would only get from a certain client) you also cut out about 2-3 minutes of context. You were following us among other people and I had told them to get back. I had gun bashed when they didn't listen and eventually they pulled back. 

I am not gun bashing you to kill you, but you took it that way. That's fine and you're entirely in your right to take it that way, but you got immediately gunned down by your own guys. I also don't understand how someone saying "he won't wake up" also effects the validity of your PK. You tried entering the office, you were pushed back, you shot first, you died, the end. 

All the other people around me were not getting involved and or telling them to leave us alone, you acted alone and died alone. I don't like PK'ing people while I am on an alt character and actively avoid it, but this whole interaction with you lacked any roleplay whatsoever from your part on the account that you're talking like a black guy born in Harlem. 

I do apologize for handling your PK in a quick way, but you can understand the frustration of having anything you do result in you being immediately shot. I stand by your PK being entirely valid while lacking some formality.

With all that being said, You dealt damage to me which would still under the #2. PK Guide-Lines, You set me up for failure. And I didn't follow until I heard the MGD Situation, I have no problem with you but you stating I'm speaking like a "black guy in Harlem" is a bit too far, You formally sat there saying you were MGD which was "Power Game" and got away with it. I didn't cut anything out of the situation you can formally re-read what I said about why I got PKed, and or How it happened. I'm speaking from the experience of how you sat here gun bashing me and talked about nothing during while hitting me, The "Metagame Clip" is bullshit too, I'm not sitting there for information or to find other people, I sat in a VC with people talking about things and I deafened when we were talking serious in the staff situation, Nobody else was involved and that's just how it is, Regarding the fact of you talking about Watching a Stream of a situation doesn't validate anything? I was already around those types of people and after me and you having an altercation I watched the stream, That' just doesn't go forward of metagame.

You're more then welcome to interact in situations around you, I have never contested that point. But initiation is under different clauses. You state that as soon as I do damage to you, I am initiating a gunfight. That is inherently ruleplay. 

For example: I am a civilian and I run up to you, spit on you, punch you and stare at you. By your logic, I just initiated a gunfight because I punched you and you request a PK. There is no roleplay involving you arresting me, there is no you going "what the fuck is wrong with you?" You think: okay, he hit me, time to shoot! Seemingly a commonplace problem nowadays, but regardless you are more then welcome to open fire. The issue is of course that you died, therefore you don't wake up. Womp womp. 

About your other points: 
 

1. You're watching the stream of the situation actively happening, that you were right there for. That is inherently metagame, if you are going to do that don't sit in a VC with the entire Army high command and various other persons. Kieran should know better to not do that as well. 

2. I am roleplaying something, I tied up a random person and I state I'm MGD so I don't get harassed by people and I can bullshit my way out of something. Me declaring I am something is not powergame, what would be powergame would be me flashing a valid MGD badge and stating that I am MGD when I would've had no access to that material. This is simply just roleplay. 

3. I sat there gunbashing you? You mean me pushing you back and then standing back on the door. I pushed you away from the door in roleplay, and you took that as me trying to kill you. 

I also made the comment regarding how you sound because you sounded like a retard.

That was the whole reason of my following, as I'm MGD with a valid badge and I was looking into the criminal acts you were doing? I'm active on the roster with Roles within the Discord. I wasn't there just to be there, I was there to see Internal Operations and to Validate what it was.

With the other point of the Metagame, I understand how it looks but I wasn't doing it just to sit there and be like "Oh yeah I hear everything all at once" The point was to screenshare when nobody else was in game besides me and the person screensharing. If me being inside of a Voice Call is Metagame what's the point of having a discord server state your occupations due to the fact it's not "In Game"? It just doesn't make sense the call of Metagame would be to proceed and state that I was physically interacting with you due to screenshare issues, That's not the case. You openly just admitted you stated you were MGD so I followed you upon hearing. I'm sorry you feel that type of way which the rules don't state I can't be inside of a Server VC, Not Sharing my screen and Deafening when things became serious?
