How long have you been roleplaying?:
I've been on semi-serious roleplaying since I started playing Garry's Mod in 2018 on many servers and serious roleplaying since 2020. I've been off and on playing also on many servers including joining Prometheus on launch day (glorious day).

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I believe that I would make a good staff member because I enjoy the maintenance of good roleplay and for everyone to be able to play in a fair and balanced environment. This allows me to avoid personal biases, ensure fair and even judgments, an ideal I kept to the last time I was staff. I myself obviously do not break the rules in my own roleplay and conduct myself in a way that not only follows the rules but also the spirit of them as well.

Generally, I am a level headed, calm person who doesn't get easily agitated or lose composure. I think this would make me a good staff member as it is a condition of the role being able to make decisions without being pressured or rushed by rowdy individuals who often find themselves in staff situations. I am also very active on the server, discords and forums playing and viewing all daily for roleplay and non roleplay purposes.

I also think being former staff on the server, although over a year ago, makes me a good candidate having hands-on experience meeting quota, taking tickets, helping new players and responding to appeals on the forums. I am heavily dedicated to the Gamemode and enjoy explaining to new players and helping them adapt to the different nature of Nutscript making them experience the server in the most seamless way possible, aiding a new generation of player rather than them thinking they need to minge and or break rules to have fun.

In conclusion to this section. I think that all of my above listed experiences and skills would once again make me a valuable member of the team, able to dedicate a lot of time and work to the community in a helpful and moderative capacity. It also seems that this is a time of progress for the server and community with the recent reintroduction of the event server and the projected timeline jump in the future. Both of these harden my resolve to work and be a service to the server and community into its maturity.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

The duties of a Moderator are wide ranging however primarily consist of the enforcement of Global Rules, ImperialRP Rules as well as the rest of the guidelines that you will encounter whilst taking tickets and spectating roleplay. For example ensuring that PK Guidelines are followed by players when requesting them and promotion cooldowns to prevent Metagaming . Other responsibilities of being on the Staff Team include seamlessly aiding roleplay without interruption. Meaning that although rules may be broken in a given roleplay scenario this does not mean that an individual or more should be pulled away from it until its conclusion or until Staff is requested to intervene by the players. It is the responsibility of the Staff Team to ensure that the chain of roleplay isn't broken during the process of applying and enforcing the rules. I also believe that an important part of being a Moderator is to help with new players to the server and to guide them through the Gamemode's unique style.

In conclusion to this section, I believe that the role of Moderator can be summed up as an important part of the community with various responsibilities entrusted with the task of keeping the roleplay environment enjoyable and fair for all.
