Stellvertretender Chef des Nationales Sicherheitsbüros Elon Schultz - Elon Schultz is the iron fist of the Bureau, a man who documents crimes with surgical precision and issues orders like battlefield commands. As Deputy Director, he drives subordinates and sub-departments with pressure, demanding results without excuses. His military pedigree is carved from his time as Chief of Staff for the Brandenburg District and as General der Infanterie under Feldmarschall Lentz, where he learned to break men into soldiers and soldiers into weapons. His short, disastrous tenure as Grand Inquisitor is remembered less as a failure and more as a scar — a constant reminder to strike hard, strike fast, and never leave anyone breathing. Schultz has held roles across nearly every faction, leaving behind order, fear, and shattered opposition. He is an aggressive, no-nonsense operator whose very presence makes subordinates snap to attention. He is the embodiment of uncompromising discipline and the living warning that weakness will not be tolerated.

 

Fabian von Drachensache - An up-and-coming criminal defense lawyer with a reputation for turning the courtroom into his personal battleground. Once feared in legal circles for his relentless cross-examinations and unshakable confidence, Fabian cut his teeth going head to head with ministers themselves. His defining victory came in 1940, when he won a groundbreaking workers’ rights suit against the KAG v. Ministry of Labor. Though less active now due to shifting political dynamics, he still carries weight: a defender who never blinked in the face of power, a sharp mind with a dangerous ego, and a man who proved that even the might of the state can be beaten if you strike hard enough.

Peter Archibald - Once the iron hand of the infamous Archibald Crime Family, Peter served as a deputy within the syndicate and earned a reputation for being as ruthless as he was efficient. He wasn’t just muscle; he was an operator who orchestrated the dirtiest work the family dealt in. Murders, kidnappings, extortion rackets, narcotics — his fingerprints are on all of it. Inside the underworld, his name carried weight as someone who would get the job done without hesitation and without mercy. Though marked now as a former member, the shadow of his past clings to him like smoke, and every room he walks into remembers the blood and fear that once followed in his wake.

How long have you been roleplaying?:

I first started roleplaying on Garry’s Mod back in 2014 on a community called Instant Reality Gaming. At the time, IRG ran a casual roleplay server that had the same kind of feel DarkRP would later become known for, but before DarkRP was really established. I spent a lot of time there and eventually served on their staff team, which gave me my first real experience moderating a community. After IRG, I played on Revenant for a while before moving over to the 42RP sector on Typhon, where I stayed active for several years.

I joined Prometheus for the first time in late 2022 or early 2023. I quickly became invested in the community and eventually joined the staff team here as well. I served as staff until February 2024, when I stepped down. Even after resigning, I kept playing off and on, getting involved in different factions and roles within the community. All of these experiences, across different servers and times, have given me a good perspective on what works in a roleplay environment and how staff can help keep things running smoothly.

Meem pissed me off in a staff sit during an IC conflict with him and got cursed out. Earned a note instead of a verbal warning. This is from long ago. Should have kept my mouth shut.

What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?

       I should be considered for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team because I bring a balance of experience, consistency, and a genuine commitment to helping the community thrive. I have been involved with Garry’s Mod and Nutscript for many years, and in that time, I have developed a strong understanding of both the mechanics of the game and the way healthy communities function. A staff member is more than simply enforcing the rules. A staff member is about setting a standard for others to follow, fair play, and keeping the environment welcoming for both new and veteran players alike. I already find myself stepping in to help guide newer players, answering questions, and smoothing over conflicts, and I would like to take the next step by doing so in an official capacity.

 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

 I have learned that successful staffing is about fairness and patience. Rules always need to be exercised the same, but I’m equally in favor of discussing situations like adults prior to taking heavy-handed action or coming down hard on someone. Most problems in roleplay servers involve misunderstanding and / or lack of communication, and a lot of times, a few minutes of discussion will diffuse a rule violation into a teachable moment which actually reinforces the community at large. I take pride in myself in regard to being approachable and fair minded, and I understand the average player will be more likely to display respect toward staff members who treat them right rather than jumping straight to conclusions and showing hostility. Another reason I think I would be a good asset is availability. I tend to play at various hours of the day when staff might be thin. I can pick up the slack during those times. It would be beneficial to have a person active at these points in order to keep the server running smoothly and fun at any time of the day. Aside from moderation, I’m equally encouraged to facilitate activities such as organizing events, mentoring new players to this role play dynamic, and acting as a contact person for those needing assistance. Prometheus has established a good reputation, and I would like to do my part by ensuring players exit and continue to come back for more. In conclusion, I bring dedication, a strong familiarity with the gamemode, and a consistent sense of responsibility to everything I do. I want to see Prometheus continue to grow and thrive, not only as a server but as a community where players feel engaged and respected. I am confident that, with my experience and availability, I can provide meaningful support to both players and fellow staff. I believe I would be able to contribute to Prometheus in a way that helps it flourish long term, and I am eager to take on the responsibilities that come with being part of the staff team.

 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

As far as I am concerned, the work of a staff member includes so much more than handing out punishment to rule-breakers. It's ensuring the server is a positive and equitable place for all to play. A staff member needs to be involved in resolving conflicts, upholding the rules at all times, and available to players who have questions or issues. We're there for the preservation of the integrity of the role-play experience, and we intervene if people attempt to compromise it. We are also there for new and inexperienced players so they know the ropes and understand the server.

Staff members carry the additional responsibility of leading by example. Our own conduct will be reflective of the level of professionalism we expect of others. We are to remain calm under pressure, and respectful at all times. Staff should participate in upholding the community through encouraging good role-playing, assistance in GM-driven activities, and cooperation among other staff members in order to enable improvements wherever needed. Patience, fairness, and selflessness in putting the community first, in particular over personal agenda, describe the role. My responsibility would lie in maintaining the stability of the server and, at the same time, ensuring the players have a good and memorable time.
