Staff Member who issued the Flag Blacklist: Major Whoreson + Browniemeister

Explain why your flags were blacklisted: Spawning in a prop blimp, flying it, getting it flung and then spawning it back in 

Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: it's been the month I was told to wait, and I'm grateful you put a limit instead of taking them away permanently. I will make sure I don't play with what I'm told again, guidelines are strict.
