Explain why you were PK'd: I got arrested by military for hiding in a bush and was sent to the feld cells.  Then a feld member started asking me questions and once he was done he left the cells and brought his general then the general ask me some questions before he shot me.

Why should you be un-PK'd?:  I'm the owner of a kag faction and the leader of a mafia (black coats).  My mafia is actually engaging in roleplay and keep things fun but now that my character is PK'd, I won't be able to fund my faction anymore and my business will die out without because none of my employees have the money to pay for the rent. 

Additional Information: PK's are supposed to be last resort, the general who PK'd me didn't put in any effort to take me to a court trial or anything, just shot me.

I got called over by a Generalmajor to do a GO PK on a civ, he had you in the cells and wanted to kill you, as you were a civ I accepted the PK and set you active so he could shoot you. It might seem unfair to you, but he can still get IC punishment for it as it is sorta just murder.
