Roman Aris, retired dept chief of lapo controlling his sections command managing ncos, keeping manpower up, etc.

NSB-Hauptkommisar Sunny Stein, former gsd deputy, mainly focusing on meaningful conflict rp, also gathering section command.

Kommissaranwarter Tony Schubert, of LAPOs swat team. Goes with whatever is given out by the chief of lapo or lapo command, often focusing on arrests.

Staff Knowledge Section
What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I was a Administrator on Gaminglight policerp for around 6 months, was also Senior Administrator on a medium player count server a good bit of years ago, couldnt remember the name if my life depended on it. 

I was also a senior moderator on Prometheus I would say around 250 days ago, I was removed due to metagame and having a fair amount of previous staff infractions, this removal was justified and 100% reasonable. However this removal and my time off was a huge learning experience to me, and I have learned from what I did and I can only expand off the mistakes and improve so they wont happen again. Mistakes can only teach.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I have a great understanding of the rules, my time spent on this server has only increased my knowledge of the rules more and more, Ive been actively larping on this server for years, in which in my time I was staff for a good bit of months, even though i was removed, I expanded what i knew while in staff greatly, and have learned a exceedingly amount about how the server works. I have also had a incredible amount of experience in RP. I have served in a very high amount of command spots, such as dept chiefs, being a General around 7 times, serving in ministries manpower positions, intelligence, and courts. All giving me a great amount of knowledge on how the server works. When in staff sits, I am always able to keep cool minded, never getting upset or heated. During my time as staff, I never managed to lose my cool, flip out, or be one sided. I always handled sits very maturely and with competence. 
My activity as staff was typically steady. There was a short period of time where I had a issue with quota, but I have learned not to wait until Sunday expecting to get a good 30 tickets while all the other staff members are gnawing on them. Besides that I always met quota and was active in game. I always always able to be on late, assisting the few amount of staff members that would be on at that time if any.
During my time in staff and out of it, I have always knew to not be biased no matter what, as it is completely unfair to the other player. I have always knew the importance of helping players to actually understanding the rules, instead of just booting them for 2 weeks, or else how could they possibly fix their mistakes?
As more time has freed up for me, ive decided to try to come back to the staff team in hopes to be better then I used to be.

 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: As a Moderator, the main idea would be enforcing the rules of the server, assisting players with any ooc needs, or some ic needs like uniform etc, and being a help to the community, one of the main things I would be doing is, moderating, whether that is watching over big rp scenarios to make sure that it doesn't get interrupted by a player there to be a nagging minge, or someone who is just looking to be included. Also watching over for incoming tickets of people needing assistance, it is important to get there timely so they're not stuck they're waiting forever, which would give off a bad representation of staff which hopefully nobody wants.  Another responsibility of all staff is making sure that players get a good understanding of the rules, whether they just committed RDM, they have a question, or your simply discussing it with them, its important they know so they dont make a mistake and get punished for something they weren't aware of. Setting up recruits into departments, promotions, questions, uniform changes, players thinking they can just change they're face, all are things that could come up with staff. Its your job as a Moderator to handle the basics of being staff. It is important as a moderator that you promote a good representation of staff, and never damage the image of the staff team, such as being un noclipped outside the staff room, interacting with people in rq scenarios, etc. I have made those mistakes, but it was important that I learned from them, which I know I did.
