Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: so first of all on the mrdm part i have killed a singular person so regular rdm at most. second i was breaking into military was shot at and then shot back me and 2 i think lapo members were doing it and they started shooting and the people they were shooting started shooting us so i decided to attempt to kill them anyways even if it will count as rdm i would like it to be reduced from mass to regular rdm. now for nitrp id say i was very clearly rping i was driving around the city interacting with other citizens and lapo then decided to try and break into military base because 2 members of lapo wanted to break in too. so id say i was doing rp and for that reason shouldnt be banned for nitrp as i had intent to rp

Additional Information: i dont really have any additional info but uhh most deaths were the lapo i myself only killed one person. ONE. and thats all the info i really have

Thank you for taking the time to make this appeal. The reason I banned you is because I had just logged into my character, I was in the Kreigsmarshals office when I was shot suddenly, and you shot a few other members of the Kreigsmacht before I assume you died. I had also been watching you previously while in no-clip and I witnessed you acting mingey and being odd. Additionally in OOC chat you were saying odd things such as," hitler coin crashed yesterday" and,"first person to guess if im gay or not gets half a deutchmark thingy." You killed more than one person, and you were acting with no intent to roleplay. Perhaps you were roleplaying in a sense but not in the way that is intended on the server.

alright so the reason i said "hitler coin crasshed yesterday" is because one of the lapo members in the car said to invest in hitler coin. and also ooc chat feels is like the one place i dont need to rp due to being. you know out of character. and with the part of me acting mingey and odd uhh i dont really know what you mean by that. sure i asked some questions and could have been a bit weird (in ooc chat) but other than that i dont really know what you mean by "mingey". also no i didnt kill more than one person i had killed one person during that military thing and shot at one other who shot at me all my other kills were before that and for reasons id say are valid though even then it should only add up to a total of like 3 people in my time on the server that day which doesnt feel like mrdm still

On top of all that Ive stated, you conducted multiple unauthorized raids on the military, and during one of them you were warned by a staff member about NLR. Despite the warning you even advertised,"One day military the civilians will win”. This was after you had been killed in the military base.

nlr isnt relevant to this ban as its not one of the reasons for my ban. also i had not previously raided the military. i may have trespassed but this was my first time attempting to raid it

although i will admit yes this was nlr so even if the other stuff gets appealed i admit that i did nlr with that advert

wait nvm i did raid them once before with other citizens but even then this raid wasnt nlr

btw the even if you may say nitrp is kinda valid here the mrdm is completely wrong i killed one and shot one other thats not mrdm. and the raid thing was rp. i had seen the military kill citizens multiple times some i even knew and grew incredibly mad with the military due to everyone i know getting murdered by them. so i decided to raid them in order to take down the military

Im reviewing the logs right now and it shows you killing me and then you dying, so you are right, its RDM not MRDM. It may have been attempted MRDM but the other military members in the room must have dispatched you quickly. The "raid thing" is not RP unless it is an approved raid.
