Siegfried Strauss- Stabsfeldwebel - A senior NCO member of the Kaisergarde his daily duties are ensuring that all NCO's beneath him are correctly following orders and directions given by Officers. His Job also includes ensuring and maintaining discipline of the soldiers that serve under him. 

Engel Busch- OB-Kommissaranwarter. A dedicated member of a Enforcement unit within the Foundation. His daily duties include overseeing the security and containment of experiments, test subjects and anything produced or managed by the Foundation on a local level. He enjoys guarding the unnatural from the rest of the world burdened with the knowledge he may or may not hold. 

Luthor Von Stern- NSB-Oberkommissar-  a Field Officer and Agent of the GSD. HIs daily tasks include coordinating subordinate agents to collect Intelligence, as well as assisting firsthand in said Intelligence Collection Operations. HIs further duties include serving warrants, PCO's and enforcing other necessary documentation, conducting plain-clothes operations, maintaining the discipline and loyalty of the Agents beneath him.

 

How long have you been roleplaying?: for around 6-10 years Including different platforms.

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: No notes, no infractions.

Staff Knowledge Section
What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? A few years ago I used to be Head Administrator on a Sandbox Server, It was basically just super surface level enforcement of rules, answering tickets, managing administrators, and assist in managing the overall staff team of about 12-15 people. 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: 

I believe I would be a valuable addition to the Prometheus Networks staff team because I am receptive to feedback and continuously strive to improve myself. I am eager to contribute to the community by assisting with ticket management and ensuring that roleplay flows smoothly with peak efficiency. As an active member of this community I can always take time to take tickets and meet quotas. 

My previous experience as a staff member in Gmod, combined with the Leadership and professional skills, has equipped me with everything I need to correctly judge sits, behave correctly during serious situations. I have a strong understanding of the server rules, and I am confident in my ability to enforce them fairly and consistently. I don't like completely focusing on the punishment aspect side but the education side of things. People don't always learn from facing consequences they become blinded by rage. Calmly explaining the situation, the punishment, and how to improve on what to do next time is always a more meaningful and a positive impact for everyone. I am particularly passionate about supporting new players. I want to ensure they understand how the server works and encourage them to engage in meaningful roleplay rather than simply doing tickets as quick as possible and moving onto the next one. My approach is rooted in fairness and understanding—before issuing any punishment, I take the time to carefully assess the situation and ensure that the punishment is appropriate and constructive. If there is potential for a player to learn from their mistakes, I will always try to offer them that opportunity. This commitment to fairness and personal growth is reflected in my track record, as I have not received any notes. Ultimately, I am confident that my dedication, experience, and positive approach would make me a reliable and valuable asset to the staff team, and I would give my best effort to ensure the continued success of the community.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

As a staff member, my primary duties and responsibilities will involve ensuring that all members of Prometheus Networks are adhering to the rules and enforcing these rules when necessary. This includes responding to tickets submitted by the community, addressing any issues or rule violations, and resolving conflicts as they arise in day-to-day operations. I understand the importance of maintaining professionalism and respect at all times. With my extensive experience, I am confident in my ability to perform these tasks effectively. While on duty, I will remain professional and uphold the integrity of my staff role. When off duty and engaging in roleplay, I will continue to set a positive example for other players to follow. In addition to rule enforcement, I believe in educating players. I will not only issue punishments but also help players understand the reasoning behind the rules, offering explanations and context where necessary. A key aspect of my role will be assisting new players, guiding them through the server’s structure, and encouraging them to engage in meaningful roleplay.
