Explain why you were PK'd: Fleeing detainment by the Military

Why should you be un-PK'd?: The Luftwaffe General who got the PK on me said something in regards to "I'm gonna get you PK'd" right after shooting our truck. All of the Gendarmerie there and many members of the army could testify that he did say this. I reasonably thought I could get out of the situation in the truck, as we were clearing quite a bit and there were a lot of members of the MOI coming to assist us. I also don't think this was a last resort, as the military could've just shot the tires and we would've been immobilized.

Additional Information: The Luftwaffe General's clip cuts off right before the black screen for us, which was when he shouted PK. (If any of you have clips, I'd appreciate it a lot if you dropped them in the comments here)

Yes, I was the one who PKed you here. I got a video showing you with your Gendarmie jumping into a truck and trying to flee while the Heer and luftwaffe had guns on you and were telling you to stop and get out. You were the driver and were definitely close enough to hear them screaming at you, telling you that you are being detained, but you proceeded to try to drive away. The point you made about the clip cutting off before you could here him saying "that was a PK" from what i could see the clip was exactly 1 minute long so the cut didnt look malicous it just looked like he made a 1 min long clip and your guy was adiment he had a clip showing it then went to check spent 5 mins tabbed out and comes back to say he doesnt have any clip which seemed a bit odd to me.

Considering the MOI assistance coming I thought we could make it out in the end. They opened fire on the vehicle after really no attempt to detain us other than shouting (not even surrounding us), and didn't really try anything else to stop us (shooting legs, closing the gate, shooting tires, surrounding the car). I'm not saying that he edited the clip either, I think he just took it right as the car exploded instead of a little after, which was when he actually said it. About the Gendarmerie guy you brought, he said he had a clip on the radio after I asked if anyone had any. I guess he just didn't have one of the situation, but if you want he could stream his clips and show you the ones within the server since he might have some around the PK.
