Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: while the NSB were attempting to serve a PCO that was being argued they had claimed they would be taking my CO under gunpoint in which i told them that would not be happening they then start pointing guns at him in which I respond by hitting and pointing my gun back they then one of them (momsmom) turns his attention to me pointing his gun right at me and me responding by bashing him over the head with my gun killing him in the process. A gunfight starts and then I am banned for a week for RDM. In no way possible did I RDM the NSB officer he quite literally pointed a gun at me and tried to detain me while i was also pointing a weapon at him it makes absolutely no sense in where they are straight up threatening everyone at gunpoint and pointing their weapons at people that they dont get killed this is just blatantly a false ban.

I was the staff member who issued your ban. During an active roleplay scenario, NSB agents were lawfully admitted by your commanding general to serve a warrant on a third party with whom you were not involved. Despite this, you initiated violence by striking agents who were surrounding the subject, and you then struck me repeatedly, as to  resulting in my death and triggering a large-scale gunfight.

You had been warned for RDM the previous day. Your actions in this incident showed no intent to engage in roleplay and instead demonstrated a pattern of escalating situations into combat, consistent with prior behavior. Your actions directly caused the gunfight and showed a lack of intent to roleplay the situation out.

The man you were serving the warrant on was my direct superior, additionally the general was telling you to not point guns at him and the only time i struck you consecutively was when u started pointing a gun at me. When The man you were trying to take started to argue the PCO you cut him off and just pointed your gun at him avoiding the argument entirely and just trying to run off with him. me recognizing thats what was going on tried to put a stop to it. you didnt care at all what he had to say and tried to quickly shut him up with violence so it wouldnt be shocking if his men responded with violence in return.

As shown in the clip you provided, the situation was largely under control. You were restrained, tied up, and the escalation had effectively ended. Once weapons were lowered and returned to a safe state, the situation should have been over.

Instead, Skips chose to continue punching agents. I’m not saying he can’t react in character, but it’s abundantly clear at that point he was baiting a gunfight, which goes directly against the spirit of good roleplay. There were plenty of lawful and in-character options available—your general could have issued orders, de-escalated, or redirected the situation and still been completely within RP. What happened instead was just ridiculous.

To be clear, this all stemmed from questioning over a stupid advertisement and national announcements, nothing that justified further violence. His actions directly ruined the scene and forced escalation where none was necessary. Given that, along with his prior offenses, a ban was justified.

That said, I’ll acknowledge emotion played a role. I was pretty pissed off that it even got to that point in the first place.

Because of that, I’d be okay with reducing the ban to 3 days.

It is very arguable that I responded with equivalent force in this situation. Yes I in character acted irrationally because the person I was guarding got a gun shoved in his face and then I had a gun pointed at my face. However you also acted irrationally by yelling over your superior taking matters into your own hands not on any orders to do so. the simple fact of the matter is if you decided to let your general talk with my Commander and the other general none of this would have even happened in the first place. I was promted to react in the way I did on the sole fact that you pulled a weapon out and in the clip you notice that once you make that one singular threat chaos erupts and everyone starts yelling. You are the one to escalte things and in this scene I was not going to let you take my superior at gunpoint. You were acting on some sort of emotion because you couldnt keep a cool head while your superior was talking and instead chose to scream over him and just try and tie up my officer. You then acted on emotion by banning me because I killed you when you pointed a gun right at me. Even if I had escalted things even more the main issue with this is that you were an active threat by shoving a gun in my face and saying you were gonna detain me this in no way is rdm at all you wanted to arrest me and you got killed for it nobody else died because nobody was else was pointing a gun at me it was only you.

there wasnt really a massive gunfight when the chiefinspektor pointed his weapon at me i hit him twice he then died and a nsb member shot me. as for acting agressively. I was the only member to react in this manor because he is my superior and there werent really any infantry around aside from one other guy who was standing behind everyone not really interacting with the situation. there were panzers attached to flynburg who dont care for the infantry chief because theyve ignored all of their duties for the past few days to protect flynburg. with this meaning I was the only person around to defend him in this sort of manner. there were some men who after the chaos took advantage and ended up breaking him out of cuffs
