his job to assist the KAPO on a daily basis and ensure that people pay their taxes on time.

 

How long have you been roleplaying?: Been part of Prometheus since December of 2021. 

 

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I asked Vixx to look. I have 2 Notes and no Bans. One note is from Oct 23rd 2024, for Flag Abuse, and the other on Dec 3rd 2024, for RDM. 
for the past year of 2025 i haven't gotten any notes or bans for rule breaking 

I have learnt from both of these notes, and will not break the rules again. I really enjoy being a member of the community and would love to join the staff team.

What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?

I have been a staff member on Garry's Mod before, but it was a very long time ago. Understandably, I’d basically be learning from the start again.

 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I believe you should pick me for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team because I bring a strong combination of dedication, reliability, and a genuine desire to help the community grow in a positive direction. I don’t see a staff position as just a title or authority, but as a responsibility to support players, uphold rules fairly, and contribute to an environment where everyone feels respected and heard.

First, I am highly committed. When I take on a role, I take it seriously and follow through consistently. I understand that staff work often happens behind the scenes

handling reports, mediating conflicts, answering questions, and making difficult decisions that may not always be popular. I am prepared to put in that effort because I care about the long-term health of the network, not just short-term recognition.

Second, I value fairness and professionalism. I believe rules exist to protect the community, not to be used as a weapon. I approach situations with an open mind, listen to all sides, and base decisions on evidence rather than emotion or bias. This helps build trust between staff and players, which is essential for a successful network like Prometheus.

Additionally, I am a strong communicator. I can explain rules clearly, de-escalate tense situations, and remain calm under pressure. Whether I’m helping a new player understand the server or addressing a rule violation, I aim to be respectful and clear so issues are resolved efficiently and without unnecessary conflict.

Finally, I am always willing to learn and improve. I take feedback seriously and see it as an opportunity to grow, not as criticism. I want to work with the existing staff team, support their vision, and contribute ideas that help Prometheus Networks continue to expand and improve both now and throughout the migration to MITHC in the near future.

 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

As a Moderator, one of the key responsibilities is helping the core of the community. This includes monitoring chat and gameplay, responding to player reports, and addressing rule violations such as harassment, cheating, or exploiting. Staff members should investigate situations carefully, gather evidence, and take appropriate action based on the rules and guidelines rather than personal or biassed opinions.

Another important duty is helping players. This can involve answering questions, guiding new players, resolving disputes, and providing support when issues arise. Being approachable and patient is essential, as staff members often serve as the first point of contact between players and the server’s leadership.

Staff members are also expected to act as role models. This means demonstrating good behavior, professionalism, and maturity at all times, both in public and private interactions. How staff behave sets the standard for the rest of the community.

Additionally, communication and teamwork are major responsibilities. Staff should work closely with other team members, share relevant information, and follow staff procedures. Reporting issues, suggesting improvements, and giving honest feedback are also part of helping the server improve.
