Unblacklisting certain props.

Description of the idea: 
I feel as the server has progressed that there has been a change, where less freedom and power is available to the everyday user even with VIP or build perms, I want to change this and I think a great way in doing so would be to unblacklist props that have no reason to be blacklisted in the first place!

Why should this be added?: As a builder myself I understand how INFURIATING it is when you want to build something specific, whether it be a room, a bunker, or a checkpoint. And the props you need just, aren't available for whatever reason. I believe this is an oversight of misjudgment by the developers and that we should relax the rules slightly to allow more freedoms, obviously props that can be greatly mis-used should stay banned but others have literally no reason to be.

What negatives could this have?: The unblacklisted props would need to be very carefully and specifically chosen as to not disrupt the current gameplay, and as for possible use of crashing the server.

After reviewing the proplist i think that there needs to be a serious look-through, half of the usable furniture props are blacklisted for reasons beyond me, aswell as the stacker tool being disabled for some reason? it's near impossible to build now anything that is beyond the level of an eight year old on crack bashing together props.

I honestly think this is a great idea considering i cant even use most of the banners or in game items. i do only have flags though so when i purchase vip i might get more stuff, we'll see.

I miss stacker but people abuse it to crash the server I think thats why its disabled.

In regards to these props, I hate seeing SANDBAGS in the CROWN DISTRICT. It doesnt make much sense that we are in an offensive state of the war and people spam sandbags in the reichstag.....

That makes sense, but for places like the ICC theyre already *IN* the map, you just cant spawn them yourself. your hatred of sandbags in the RS and other places is understood but just because they dont fit in there doesnt mean they dont fit elsewhere. we still have sandbag props but theyre honestly awful to use as they use some sort of grid system but dont interlock how theyre supposed to, I think allowing other tools such as the cameras, 3D2D textscreen, and lamps will give builders more freedom, and in regards to server crashes im sure it couldnt be hard to figure out WHO is doing it and permanently ban them, even if they make another account theyd still have to buy props again which is simply more money in the servers pockets, i mean it seems like a win win to me. I feel like the majority of trolls on the server have either lost interest or simply joined the community in their own little way, you still get random civilians joining but they dont do much besides act like morons.
