Leautant Noah Shmidt : Noah is my main character, having been alive since 2024. He is a Leutnant in the Luftwaffe and works with his fellow CO’s to manage NCO’s and Enlisted. Currently working hard to reform the Luftwaffe.

I have actively been roleplaying since 2024. I started being dedicated and focused when I joined Prometheus and it has stayed that way since.

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:

I have absolutely nothing. My record is clean.

What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?

I have no previous experience, but I would really like to learn.  told me that if I am accepted that I will be trained up, so I don’t feel so worried about that.

 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I feel confident about being part of the Prometheus Networks Staff Team. The reason I have confidence in myself to be a great member of the team is because I'm dedicated, honest and passionate about providing an environment that promotes serious and immersive roleplay for the users who play on the server. I am aware that to provide this type of roleplaying environment to our members we require staff members to display fairness, professionalism and integrity with their interactions with our community.

I feel that I have a lot going for me when considering a position on the staff team. My record is clean on the server and in the community. My Record indicates that I have never been banned from the server, I have never received a warning, and I do not have any negative comments in my profile that indicate I have broken any of the servers rules or have deviated from the expectations set by the server. I follow the rules for two reasons; one reason is so I don't receive a ban from the server, and the second reason is that I know that having rules and structure in place creates an atmosphere that fosters high-quality role-playing and provides an enjoyable experience for the members. Therefore, my clean record demonstrates that I will make good decisions while acting as a representative of Prometheus Networks.This shows also that I have a good understanding of the rules and how they work as I have not broken any.

Another area where I feel I excel is in the area of demonstrating long-term commitment to the role-play community. Once selected to be part of the staff I will continue to demonstrate a willingness to commit to the role-play community. I will make sure to stay involved, and I will not lose interest in the role-play community. I will make sure to be present during both busy and slow periods on the server. I view a position as a member of the staff as a responsibility and not a privilege, therefore I will work as hard as possible to gain the trust of the other members of the staff by demonstrating my reliability and consistency through my actions.

 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

The role I am applying for revolves around keeping things fair, organized, and high-quality on the server, all while supporting both players and the staff team. A staff member's main job is to enforce the server rules fairly and consistently, making sure everyone has a fun and equal experience. This means dealing with reports, calmly investigating situations, and making decisions based on facts rather than personal feelings or any bias.

Another key part of the job is assisting players. This can involve everything from answering questions and guiding newcomers to resolving disputes and clearly explaining rules or server standards. It's important for staff to be friendly and professional so that players feel at ease when they need help. On Prometheus Networks, this also means helping to maintain immersion, structure, and a respectful environment that aligns with the server’s expectations and theme.

Staff members also need to keep an eye on server activity, stepping in to prevent rule-breaking before it becomes a bigger issue, and diffusing tense situations whenever possible. Teamwork is crucial—this includes communicating with fellow staff, following leadership decisions, and reporting any problems or concerns as they arise.

In summary, this role demands maturity, consistency, active participation, and a commitment to the Prometheus Networks community while helping the server thrive in a positive way.

Good application. It was great to speak with you and figure out if you fitted the requirements for our Team. I would, however, suggest you build some more Community Presence to better engage and understand our playerbase.
