Description of the idea: Arc9 weapon base in lay of ArcCW

Why should this be added?: Arc9 has detailed weapon penetration and damage values, as well as bullet velocity and animation capability 

Third person animations look cool and i like them alot and they add a nice sense of immersion seeing soldiers who are trained actually load and ready their rifles
 

What negatives could this have?: Most of the aforementioned third person animations are a little shotty, they also COULD cause issues with framerate
And there is not a large pool of mods to choose from using it
