Why should you be un-PK'd?: i was not informed that being shot would result in a PK and I have seen others get shot and not be PK'd

Good Morning, 

The PK was issued because you   broke fear rp, started a gunfight and then died during that situation. Under the PK rules, dying after initiating a shoot-out and not properly following Fear-RP can both qualify for a PK. There doesn’t need to be a warning beforehand. It is up to you to read up on the pk guidelines, hope this helps.
