Add the element of drugs and illegal operations to create an immersive environment for players so everything isn't just military based. I believe this would make the server way more interactive when it comes to marketing and other procedures used to attracting players.

How about you get a group of friends together and establish a group like this first?

You can go out and make a business in the KAG and have underground operations. You just don't try.

hello great idea! I was thinking about it with some of my IRL friends. But I believe if we had some sort of racket system and whitelist for criminal organizations it would be optimal for the server. The server would first need to create these rackets and whitelists though
