The above clip shows the situation from my POV.

As you can hear there is a lot of chatter in the RS and over the radio. I was not aware I was being detained until they were shouting 'Vincent' as people were running around after different people and orders being given over the radio.

When I was in the admin sit having the PK carried out, I was informed that I was being PK'd for breaking fearRP as Vincent radio'd in after being told not to. As you can see in my clip, sly (who made the ticket for my PK) said to 'stop moving, do not use radio' twice in chat before Vincent's detainment was even being carried out and well before he even was involved in the detainment. He was pointing a weapon at someone else in the background of the clip before he ran over and pointed a weapon at me just before Vincent was shot and killed by someone who I believe was not directly involved in the situation. No one in that situation told Vincent to not radio in under fearRP.

As you can also see in the clip, I was complying with the detainment, not resisting arrest or presenting a weapon. If I had have been told by someone pointing weapons at me, I would never have radio'd in and broke fearRP.
