Helbert Verrater PK Appeal

Character's name & rank: Hauptmann Helbert Verrater (On a side note, I had no clue Verrater meant Traitor in German when I first made the character a year ago, I literally only learned the English Translation two days ago)

Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Unaware of who PKed me

Explain why you were PK'd: I was PK'd for Shooting a Luftwaffe General who forced his way into a room and injured multiple guards.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: The Generalleutnant of the Airforce Himself is the one that initiated the entire situation despite being shot and killed he continued to tell the story despite NLR Rules being set in place. My orders as Wachkommando were to lockdown the room and prevent any entry into the room, I was even told to only listen to orders from the Feldmarshal himself and the Chief of General Staff, not the Luftwaffe General. 

The following rule 4 under General Rules states "The New Life Rule only applies to individual(s) who are killed, this means that any witnesses or perpetrators to your character's death still have the memory of the actions/crimes you committed. When you have been placed under the effect of NLR, you will immediately forget anyone who you have interacted with, or any information in which you received or witnessed within that past 15 minutes. Any information gained outside of that 15 minute NLR window will be considered in-character."

The Generalleutnant Luther Kuhn violated this rule and continued to use information from his death in order to get a PK on an entire group of people which is absurd to me. He first tried to detain myself for shooting him despite even admitting he was "shot in the head" the entire situation makes no sense. Is UA Exempt from this rule or there something preventing NLR from applying here? I have no clue. Sad that like 10-15 people get killed based on information used from a previous life. 

Additional Information: I can work on a clip of the situation at some point, seeing If I have it as of release of the Appeal, I'm generally more curious how and why this information from a previous life was allowed to be used. Wouldn't have even cared if it was a name PK, but a full PK is a little upsetting. Not here to argue, just here to learn how this stuff works again. 

The use of the information partially even lead to the Feldmarshal being killed from what I heard, which is very absurd, but again any information that can be provided is helpful.
