-1 Extremely Extensive Background While I am typically a person who likes to give people more and more chances when applicable, you sir, have a total of 16 Bans on your records with a previously appealed PERM BAN. I don't think you are fit for the community in any regards. Absolutely absurd some of the ban reasons on these. The banning staff member for your latest ban was Verax.

-1 Down Vote Normally I'm open to seeing new faces, even those who may have a troubled past or may not entirely take roleplay seriously, however every time I see you its just "Beast Mode" acting moronic again, never any serious roleplay intent or anything. It funny the first 3-4 times, but it gets old after the 100th time. Also it just looks like a child wrote the application with caps lock on, half the answers not even given seriously, etc. If you can't even put in the basic effort to fill out the application with basic English, what makes you think that you should be staff?

I sadly have exactly 0 staff experience in GMOD, never really liked any server enough to try to apply. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: To start simply, the reason why I should be chosen for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team is because I have an actual want to do some good within the community instead of being a little bastard as my record might've shown in the past. I can be extremely active within the community and forums if required of me and I just want to learn what it is like to be staff within a server I personally find pretty fun to be in. Whilst I may not have experience in GMOD, I've got experience in other games as Roleplay Staff like FiveM. I've also personally have grown a liking to the server and have started to take my characters seriously unlike my past self, as evident by my character being a Minister (This is my first character past Hauptmann ironically enough). I wish to be an important member of the community, not only in roleplay, but in general. So I want to work my way up and prove my worth eventually working my way up. Obviously, I will need to learn, but if given opportunity I will do everything in my power to ensure that my duties are completed thoroughly. Beyond the reasons, previously listed, and despite my previous record possibly indicating otherwise, I can be quite calm and collected during most situations. I tend to be more logical than anything else, so I prefer to follow well written guidelines, rules, etc rather than wondering off and doing my own thing. I would use said logical thinking to actually be a proper staff member and instead of fueling staff duties based off things such as emotion, I'd use facts, rules, guidelines, and more to assist in all duties I'd be involved with. While it may take a while for me to get a hold on the ropes of being a staff member in GMOD, I am often a quite quick learner if given proper instruction, so I would be able to start doing effective work within a short time period. To put everything in a short sentence on why I should be chosen for staff, I just want to help improve the place that gives hundreds of people a fun place to go to and blow off steam after long days. From Whoreson, Prime, and more to the newest member of the community, I want to help them all and keep this place fun for all. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: I'd assume the main duties of responsibilities of being a staff member is assisting with the basic operations of the server, enforcement of rules, guidelines, etc, Answering Tickets/Questions, and being in general a useful person in all regards. I'd assume some qualities and responsibilities staff need to have is things like the need to be able to do their job without bias, need to be capable of critical thinking, need to be active within the community in more regards than just being staff, Staff need to prioritize their roles as staff more, and more things of the sort. Staff have more duties than just being in the server as well, they need to help on the forums and discord, they should be able to assist with all basic things and if they aren't able to do something, they should be capable of contacting a person who is capable of doing (whilst following the Chain of Command). While I may not have the perfect answers here, I hope to learn everything I can regarding the duties and responsibilities whilst gaining experience here in Prometheus.

Character's name & rank: Oberbootsman Rudiger Luther SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:119674273 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Expert (I think) Explain why you were PK'd: Some civilian broke into the ICC, I warned him 3 times to stop, he kept running and was therefore shot. That same civilian came back (Which I originally thought was NLR, but I forgot about the rule that got added not too long ago) and started threatening to have me detained and killed, He then told some Leutnant of the Heer to detain me (No clue why a Leutnant is listening to a civilian lol), I then shot and killed the Leutnant and then was killed. Why should you be un-PK'd?: So I shot after hearing a Luftwaffe nearby shoot, thinking that the Luftwaffe was starting the gunfight, I later realized that the luftwaffe was shooting at something completely different, but in the heat of the moment I genuinely though the Luftwaffe guy started the gunfight. I was also given no chance to defend myself in the PK sit and was basically just told off. Not really sure why in the clip staff (from the complaintant) was given, the other gunshots were given no mind and I was immediately accused of starting a gunfight. This character is now deleted because either way I don't care about it that much, but I would like to know the reasoning and such behind it as explained in the earlier post.

Character's name & rank: Hauptmann Helbert Verrater (On a side note, I had no clue Verrater meant Traitor in German when I first made the character a year ago, I literally only learned the English Translation two days ago) SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:119674273 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Unaware of who PKed me Explain why you were PK'd: I was PK'd for Shooting a Luftwaffe General who forced his way into a room and injured multiple guards. Why should you be un-PK'd?: The Generalleutnant of the Airforce Himself is the one that initiated the entire situation despite being shot and killed he continued to tell the story despite NLR Rules being set in place. My orders as Wachkommando were to lockdown the room and prevent any entry into the room, I was even told to only listen to orders from the Feldmarshal himself and the Chief of General Staff, not the Luftwaffe General. The following rule 4 under General Rules states "The New Life Rule only applies to individual(s) who are killed, this means that any witnesses or perpetrators to your character's death still have the memory of the actions/crimes you committed. When you have been placed under the effect of NLR, you will immediately forget anyone who you have interacted with, or any information in which you received or witnessed within that past 15 minutes. Any information gained outside of that 15 minute NLR window will be considered in-character." The Generalleutnant Luther Kuhn violated this rule and continued to use information from his death in order to get a PK on an entire group of people which is absurd to me. He first tried to detain myself for shooting him despite even admitting he was "shot in the head" the entire situation makes no sense. Is UA Exempt from this rule or there something preventing NLR from applying here? I have no clue. Sad that like 10-15 people get killed based on information used from a previous life. Additional Information: I can work on a clip of the situation at some point, seeing If I have it as of release of the Appeal, I'm generally more curious how and why this information from a previous life was allowed to be used. Wouldn't have even cared if it was a name PK, but a full PK is a little upsetting. Not here to argue, just here to learn how this stuff works again. The use of the information partially even lead to the Feldmarshal being killed from what I heard, which is very absurd, but again any information that can be provided is helpful.

"Clear Evidence" its a document with my unsigned name on it? That's not direct evidence. "On the orders of Feldmarchall, Innenminister, Prime Minister, Konsul, President, Prinzregent, Kaiser" Thats news to me that any of them ordered it (you did not mention it once) When I asked if my name had been signed on any of the documents you immediately stuttered, changed topics, and ignored my question, you then proceeded to say "I can't show you the case file" and hid it which makes me believe there is a safe bet that my name isn't actually on there anywhere but written. Also I didn't "jump to any conclusions" you got hostile after YOU interrupted me then got mad claiming I was interrupting you, then you gave no actually valid reason to not present the case file other than "you're not entitled to it" despite it resulting in the PK of a character that I've spent much time on. I also apparently was "involved" with the case file, so the entire situation could've been avoided if I could see and confirm whether or not I was actually involved with the case. Instead you spent no time to actually look into my claims of not being involved and people lying to have me PKed (which by the way, is against the rules). Case File resulting or able to result in punishment is dirt, if the case file was discarded and unused, it couldn't lead to either and therefore isn't dirt. "Listed as one of the two lead investigators" I never lead any investigations, therefore someone lied to have me PKed. If you are unaware of the official definition of dirt according to the pk guidelines here you go (I don't know why I have to tell a Staff member the rules) "Dirt is any information that can lead to arrest/execution." "Dirt is NOT information that is public knowledge, not illegal, or information that wouldn't lead to consequences/punishment." The information contained without the case file, according to your own words (at the beginning of our chat), did not lead to any punishment, consequence, or otherwise effect the persons roleplay. (Again I wasn't even involved with any case files, but that's whatever at this point). The only REAL involvement I may have had in it was the creation of a witness statement, which falls under "Legal duties" of a Feldjager and I would've been ordered to make one. So again not PK'able.

Character's name & rank: Wayne Kerr, Hauptmann SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:119674273 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Coffee Explain why you were PK'd: Dirt PK as explained to me Why should you be un-PK'd?: I should be un-PKed due to the fact that the "Dirt" was never used by me nor was I actually involved in any way. I was informed that a case file was randomly made with my name on it as a "Agent" and Witness Statements with my name on it despite me actually just having no clue about these documents. I never used the documents in any way to PK anyone. When I asked UA to show me the case file I was apparently involved with they refused, if I could see the case file I could actually see if I was involved. I have actually have made 0 Case Files, been involved with 0 case files, etc. Apparently some of "my" witness statements were apparently used in the case file, but according to Coffee (At the beginning of our chat at least) stated that the case file was ignored and dropped not leading to any Arrest, Execution, consequence, etc which if is true wouldn't be dirt since dirt must lead to one of those things. Then Coffee said (Towards the end of our chat, in difference to his earlier statement) that the case file was used to PK someone despite again, me still not knowing what this case file is, what witness statements, anything about it. This all happened roughly 4-5 weeks ago so I'm quite unsure of what is being mentioned since I usually handed the making of witness statements to others (so not sure how I made any related to the Polizeipresident if I don't make many or any). I legitimately just this is just a case of someone putting my name on a document I was uninvolved with, never signed, etc and I'm being PKed for it. Though Coffee did keep saying "your name is on the document" whether that means just written there vs actually me signing my name onto the document, I'm not sure. I never signed any case files, witness statements, etc regarding the Polizeipresident. So if this could be thoroughly looked into and dealt with appropriately, it would be great. Any witness statements I was actually involved with, I was either ordered by the Generaloberst, Generalmajor, Oberst, or Feld Major to make witness statements which makes it a rough situtation to ignore the order and making witness statements is a Legal Duty of the Feld (Which again should make this not PK-able considering from what I know the information wasn't/can't be used to give consequence/punishment to someone (thus not dirt), and was only doing legal duties of a Feldjager (which is something that according to guidelines isn't pk-able)) TLDR: Casefile with my name was considered dirt (Information wasn't used to lead to PK, Arrest, etc and was actually just ignored, so assumably not dirt to my knowledge), I had no involvement with the casefile, witness statement, etc and have no clue what it is. Casefile was never shown to confirm whether or not I was involved. Incident happened 4-5 weeks ago so Im definitely just generally unclear about what this situation is. Additional Information: Im not sure if this is prevalent but I did have a staff member threaten me that UA was watching my character and would have it PKed eventually for whatever possible (Which I have had characters PKed for random things in the past) so not sure if it is one of those cases. Previously mentioned staff member was also commonly abusing powers though so it may be coincidence.
