Description of the idea: Make RP not consist of : This faction arrested/killed this person so we are going to storm the MOI/RS/LAPO STATION/ICC and have a civil war, or This faction has someone/something we want but because the every faction is against eachother, we cant have that thing so we sit and argue at their gate until someone starts blasting and another civil war happens

Why should this be added?: RP is repetitive and boring and it could benefit from new RP

What negatives could this have?: none
