General Major James Bierhals, Chief of the Feldjagers

James has been responsible for the creation of almost all the FeldJager’s current documents and spreadsheets. For example: The Main FeldJäger Hub, which has more than 18 different important documents.  As a member of the Board of Justice, James likes paper pushing and creating documents, as well as being the examiner for the Gorget exam.

James is also very active in the server, making sure that Feldjager members are behaving properly and are being a good role model for other new players and recruits.

When you are a part of the Komandostab of any department, recruiting is always important, I always try to make sure to go above and beyond when training new players and use the field training guide, so that they are set up for success once they are promoted into NCO or CO roles.
 

NSB-Poleitzei Frederick Von Dugal (deceased as of James becoming a general)
Frederick is a member of the national security bureau, and his duties include carrying out information dossiers on important people, or using his warrant ID disk to arrest criminals as well.

Mr. V Dugal is a very easygoing guy and enjoys chatting and making conversation with his peers at the MOI.

How long have you been roleplaying?:

I have been roleplaying for 10 years on Garry’s mod, Since I was 13 years old. Originally starting on Military Role Play servers and DarkRP, I then mostly played on Mafia Roleplay Servers.

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:

I was banned for rule one, one year ago. Since then, I have been more diligent. And making sure I follow rules.


Staff Knowledge Section

What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?

I have had experience in a staffing role before, mostly old servers that unfortunately do not exist anymore. For my broader experience, I also have experience with Hammer, the map editor, and I like to do 3D modeling using Zbrush, as well as graphic design through photoshop and coral paint.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I believe I would be a good addition to the Prometheus staff team because of the combination of my past experience, as well as I would like to be a positive part of Prometheus. Lately Prometheus has been a big part of my schedule. I have gotten on everyday to play but also interact with everyone as I have been appreciating the atmosphere and unique roleplay. With the upcoming release of the new game mode of Man in the High Castle Roleplay, I think it would be the perfect opportunity for me to help set up new players and keep things going smoothly when there is an influx of tickets.
 

Taking on more responsibilities would definitely be something I am interested in. I have really enjoyed running the Feldjagers and I have been really proud of what we have built and been able to do, as we have had some great numbers lately. As well as built a great CO corp. I think taking the next step and becoming a moderator would mean I can contribute to the server more.
 

I am also someone who likes to stay organized, be professional and I also work well with others. For me, conducting myself in a professional manner is very important. This means making sure I have a good reputation and not involving myself in situations that are unbecoming. I also think generally staying organized, when it comes to sits and my other staff duties are a large part of being effective. I stay organised through making myself day to day or weekly schedules, as well as taking notes of what is happening, like player names or previous verbal warnings. I have had a lot of experience working with different kinds of people in a work setting and making sure that everyone gets along is one of my strong suits.
 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

As a staff member there might be many things you will have to do, here are some of my general objectives:

General Duties

General duties of being a staff member include taking sits, Punishing players, changing models and faction transfers, and moderating Roleplay situations so that no one is breaking the rules.

Handing out punishments for players who are breaking the rules are important, but there can be nuance to certain situations. When there is someone who is RDMing. It is usually a clear and cut case. But when someone is being accused of breaking the rules during an important and complicated roleplay scenario, it's important that staff take their time with it. This usually means collecting Recorded gameplay, speaking to both parties or witnesses, and checking logs, then deliberating. At the end of the day it's important to be 100% unbiased and rule just from the evidence that is being presented

Decorum and Professionalism

Decorum and Professionalism is particularly important. What the word decorum means to me is how someone carries themselves day to day and how they are perceived. When being professional with how you interact with players it’s important to stay very calm. As well as speaking clearly and formally, and not being emotional and not taking the situation personally. Professionalism can also be something as simple as writing with proper syntax and grammar or pronouncing words correctly.
 

Being A role model

As a Staff member, you are constantly a role model to players. It's important to behave the same way you would want a player to behave, as well as treat players the same way you would like to be treated. This means building a reputation of being a fair staff member, and someone who players want to have their ticket taken is important too.

A very dedicated guy to the roleplay on the server, he doesn't meet the time requirements but I feel like his involvement in roleplay and his contribution to the server day to day supersedes this. Big +1
