Werner Lorenz, Sekretär: In this role, I act as a member of the Ministry of Procurement in the MOP, where we make and sell weapons

Mikkel Christian Larsen, Sicherheitskommandeur :  In this role, I act as the Vizekommandeur der Innengendarmerie. I recruit and help the polizeigericht with their Arrest Warrants and Search Warrants. 

How long have you been roleplaying?:

I have been roleplaying for 1mo 5d 22h 22m on the server and about 2,000 hours across other servers.

 

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for, and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:

Yes, I have 2 Bans and 2 Notes, one of the bans is from about a year ago, same with the 2 notes, and the other ban is from 26-01-31. These happened due to mistakes in judgment and not fully following the rules at the time.

Since then, I've gotten better by making sure I completely comprehend the rules and by giving my actions more careful thought. I've grown more conscious and mindful to make sure I don't repeat the mistakes I've made in the past.

What previous experience do you have as a staff member, either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?

I have been a staff member on some smaller servers in the past with NutScript. It was a 1942rp server, but it has been some time since I was a staff member, and I also have some previous experience in other games/servers such as Fivem.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I see this as a great chance to join the staff team and help create a fun and fair experience for everyone. I love roleplaying and believe that balance is essential for everyone to get along. Rules are important for the community, and as a mod, I would enforce them while encouraging creativity. I've been part of many roleplaying communities and know how to keep things running smoothly by addressing issues. I have strong communication skills, and I am always ready to help players with questions about the rules or gameplay. Good moderation is about ensuring that all parties feel heard and respected. I believe that fairness and a calm attitude are crucial for a welcoming environment. I'm excited to share my ideas and work with other staff to improve the server for everyone. I want to apply to be a moderator on the Prometheus Networks Staff Team to help keep our community fun, fair, and friendly. I’m ready to support our group's growth and success. Whenever something goes awry, I try to understand where people come from, what their motives are, and what I can do to help them, and I feel that this could be a great thing for me as a staff member. Not only do I love to help people, but my patient attitude makes it easy for me to understand all types of players, not just the ones that I want to help. I also strive to be as mature as possible, and I have often received compliments from teachers, friends, and other important people in my life for doing so. Additionally, I am active in the early hours of the day due to my GMT+1 time zone, which enables me to help and support players in the EU time zone when fewer staff members may be available, assisting in maintaining consistent moderation coverage.

 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

As a staff member, my main role is to ensure honesty and fairness, especially during critical moments between players. When issues arise, like disruption or trouble, I act quickly to maintain a positive experience for everyone. I aim to guide others and respond promptly to questions to enhance players' experiences. I'm dedicated to going beyond my basic duties, even if it means pausing my roleplay. I take pride in representing the Prometheus community and always strive to give my best effort, both on and off duty. The staff team also has to keep those who minge, micspam, RDM, and VDM away. Staff are the people everyone looks up to, and they need to keep happy relationships with the player base. As a staff member, I would also look for anyone breaking Discord’s ToS or Prometheus Networks Guidelines and take appropriate action to address violations, warn offenders when necessary, and ensure the community remains safe and respectful
