Make or enforce rules for upper ranking officers.

I think there should be a rule (or atleast an enforcement of a rule), that People that are high-ranking officers, such as but not limited to: Generals, oberst's and other high ranking people.

Should act accordingly to their Roleplay rank, for example you wouldn't see a general warplanner runing people over and speeding in berlin, and then using his rank to get out of it.. (atleast i think so)

I think this could be intresting to avoid those situations where somebody commits a crime in front of everyone in the public but you can't do nothing about it because they are way too high ranking.

That's kinda the whole point it's an IC issue it creates role play if you dont like it take photos launch your own investigation into it. Kill them be creative we dont need a server rule to dictate roleplay.

Yeah that's true, even tho I still think it's a bit unrealistic I think you made me see trough a more practical lens, thanks Lawson.

There is a time and a place to take action in these events. For example, if a Generalleutnant runs somebody over when leaving the ICC, an Enlisted or an NCO of the Landespolizei is not going to drag him out of the car and place him in cuffs. One must think about the situation and its severity/what actions should follow. I think in regards to punishable crimes, it is entirely IC. Courts and Government Bodies are in place to deal with these offences, and in recent times have began to be utilized properly once again.

Yes that's intresting, we can't drag them out and I'd say that even if a cover up happens it would be IC even tho it would be somewhat frustrating I guess corruption has been around as long as people began communicating.
