Explain why you were PK'd:   At the time of the incident, Ragnar Hartman was off duty in practice, as there were no ministers available for me to guard until later in the evening, while i was in uniform i was simply in the casino passing time and placing bets out of boredom, not actively neglecting an assigned responsibility. An individual who i believe was a NSB, approached and took a photo of my character gambling, He then told me i could leave or be arrested, i began complying and leaving the area. However from my  perspective OOC i was not aware that he was escalating the situation further or issuing a  clear arrest command with a weapon drawn, i did not hear or process any countdown or immediate threat before i was shot in the back of the head. Because of that i did not feel i was intentionally violating FEAR RP.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: The justification for the PK was based on FearRP, But i believe this was a misunderstanding rather than intentional non compliance. From my point of view, i was actively complying by leaving and was not given clear or recognizable time of opportunity to respond to a lethal threat. additionally, i would like to raid a Broader concern. There has been a pattern of my character, and Kapital Polize members being placed under frequent investigations or targeted for severe punishments. I have been told indirectly that my character was being targeted by the NSB for a PK. while i fully understand that conflict and enforcement are apart of roleplay, it has begun to feel one  sided and discouraging not to me but mainly towards all my KAPO to the point they dont even wanna stay in KAPO 

I take pride in how i conduct myself on the server, i consistently remain Calm, respectful , and focused on contributing positively to the roleplay environment, As Chief of the Kapital Polize, i aim to lead responsibly and support both my faction and the overall server experience. Outside of the game, I am in the military, and i strongly value structure, fairness, and checks and balances those are principles i try to bring into my roleplay as well.

This was my first offense of this nature, and i truly believe the situation could have been handled with lesser punishment, such as a temporary ban or warning rather then a permanent charecter kill.

I am respectfully requesting that the administration reconsider this PK. i would greatly appreciate the opportunity to continue playing Ragnar Hartman and contributing to the server in a posistive and constructive way.

You can ask many members of the party - military - and lapo i have nothing but respect and competence in my job when i was pk'd i was stormed with messaged saying why were you pk'd you were the only KAPO to actually do the job right!

Hello, I am the staff member who PK'd (Permanently Killed) your character. In the clipped above, provided by @Lawson- It shows your character was placed under gunpoint and ordered to stop moving. You failed to listen to the orders while under gunpoint and continued to walk away from them. They took the decision to shoot you for breaking FearRP.

Permanent Kills are an in-character punishment, not something you can just apologize for like a Permanent Ban for example. I do understand that you portray your character as respectful and calm, but you failed to listen to orders while guns were pointed at you, which led to your character's death.

Yes, Sir 1 i want to make this known that this is my first offense of such catagory so instead of looking at 1 mistake lets look also to what i have done with this charecter CDBK will vouch for me multiple occasions that i could of abused my powers as Chief of Kapital Polize and then just didnt because i look at both sides of roleplay and you can bring me in voice chat in discord and ask multiple of KAPO and army that prior to this i had a NSB agent walk up to me mentioning im put on a list for PK on the nsb charts saying there hit list, so yes in that video it looks clear i broke fear rp but in my knowledge there was no time to proccess the situation as i was told 1 second to leave then apparently there pov the next second im put under investigation then another second stop and freeze there was no time for proccessing so lets look at this in irl terminoligy if i was a Police officer in the united states walked up to a guy commiting said crime then said you can leave or be arrested he starts leaving then say your under investigation as hes leaving then say put your hands up your being arrested the next no person will be able to proccess that moment no one could so as i see the video thats teqnically fear rp but they gave me a 3 second countdown before shooting me! but i understand you have a job to do to! so i wont hold any grudges but just ask you to talk to multiple people i worked with other then the nsb that has been targeting KAPO for 2 weeks before you make that decision im IRL military the time i could respond to this i was in a command meeting saturday night and sunday i  was in a blackhawk all day! so as i respect sharps pov but the PK is extreme as that would be saying 1 mistake your gonna pK somone is quite insane to me when i have no warnings - no bans - no strikes - and never been in trouble with staff in the server since 2022 - and now that i commit one rule my charecter i work hard on to give better rp not just for myself but for both sides which more people should do instead of 1 sided roleplay im getting pk and told im just a terrible chief if anything give me a small ban - or warning so next time this happens it justifies a pk if it will ever happen again this was middle afternoon with no one awake when they decided to do this to me! but the reason you shouldnt pk me because i made 1 mistake when i have also done a million things to better rp for KAPO  / better rp for mutliple different people / have had sit down talks to people helping them understand how to rp here / and have vouched for this server many times that it does have good rp outside the lil bs moments! but dont PK me for 1  mistake thats like giving a guy the electric chair because he did petty theft his first time its extreme!
