Explain why you were PK'd: Some civilian broke into the ICC, I warned him 3 times to stop, he kept running and was therefore shot. That same civilian came back (Which I originally thought was NLR, but I forgot about the rule that got added not too long ago) and started threatening to have me detained and killed, He then told some Leutnant of the Heer to detain me (No clue why a Leutnant is listening to a civilian lol), I then shot and killed the Leutnant and then was killed.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: So I shot after hearing a Luftwaffe nearby shoot, thinking that the Luftwaffe was starting the gunfight, I later realized that the luftwaffe was shooting at something completely different, but in the heat of the moment I genuinely though the Luftwaffe guy started the gunfight. I was also given no chance to defend myself in the PK sit and was basically just told off. Not really sure why in the clip staff (from the complaintant) was given, the other gunshots were given no mind and I was immediately accused of starting a gunfight.

So after looking into both your POV and another persons POV it is clear as day that you initiated the gunfight, the Luftwaffe in question was nearby but did not shoot in your direction, on top of that the second the Luftwaffe guy shot you shot the Heer guy, so with all that being said, this appeal is:

Denied.
