-Hauptkommissar Lavr Archilovich Von Koppen, Innengendarmerie, Commander of the 1st Detachment “Hoth.”
His responsibilities include leading and organizing the 1st Detachment, recruiting and training new members, and contributing to the overall development of the Gendarmerie. He coordinates with command staff and ensures internal forces maintain strict uniform regulations, discipline, and adherence to the honor policy. Under his leadership, the detachment focuses on maintaining order and upholding high standards of conduct within the interior.

Unteroffizier Aleksandro Mitvau  Panzer Battalion NCO.
His duties involve recruiting and training new personnel, mentoring lower enlisted members, and acting as a squad leader and role model. He also serves operational roles such as driver for Panzer officers and gunner during frontline deployments. In addition, he assists with security for the ICC during emergencies when required.

How long have you been roleplaying?: Roughly 3 years

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:

Yes, I have received several bans in the past, with the most recent being around 5 months ago (approximately a week long ban). These were mainly for RDM and NITRP. At that time, I was still approaching roleplay with a more unserious mindset, and some of my actions such as RDM or disruptive behavior, negatively affected the experience for other players and overall made me look like a nuisance.

Since then, I have changed how I approach roleplay. I now focus on immersion, character development, and meaningful interactions within scenarios. If I choose to add humor or tension, I keep it in character so it contributes to the roleplay scenarios, especially if I wish to spice things up a little rather than disrupting it. I understand the impact my past actions have had, and I’ve made a conscious effort to improve. I intend to continue building on this and contributing positively to the community, I apologize for my previous behaviour .

What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?

I do not have direct experience with NutScript specifically. However, I previously served as a Moderator in a smaller HL2 beta roleplay community. Due to the size of the server, my role leaned more toward gamemaster responsibilities rather than strict moderation. I frequently organized roleplay scenarios, spawned props and NPCs, and helped create engaging situations for players to interact with. This gave me experience in managing roleplay flow and keeping players engaged in immersive scenarios.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: 

I believe I would be a strong addition to the Prometheus Networks Staff Team because I bring a balanced combination of dedication, self improvement, and a genuine passion for roleplay communities. Over time, I have come to deeply appreciate what makes this server unique. The depth of its roleplay from political intrigue and power struggles to civil conflicts and mysterious incidents creates an immersive experience that stands out from other communities I have participated in. It is a community that continuously draws me back, not only because of the content, but because of the people within it.

Through my time here, I have built meaningful connections and shared memorable experiences with other players, even creating a few good friends along the way. These interactions have strengthened my commitment to the community and motivated me to contribute more actively. I am no longer just a participant; I want to help shape and maintain the quality of the roleplay environment for both current members and newcomers.

One of my strongest qualities is my ability to remain calm, patient, and fair in challenging situations. I make a conscious effort to listen to all sides of a situation before making judgments, and I understand that context and nuance are critical when resolving conflicts. I believe these traits are essential for a staff member, especially in a dynamic roleplay setting where tensions between players can arise. Some situations may be straightforward, while others require a deeper understanding of both perspectives before reaching a fair decision.

Additionally, I am committed to personal growth. While I acknowledge that I have made mistakes in the past, I have taken steps to learn from them and improve. I am always open to feedback and willing to adapt in order to better support the community and the staff team.

Ultimately, my goal is to help foster an engaging, fair, and enjoyable environment where players can fully immerse themselves and create meaningful experiences, just as I have on this wonderful server!

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: 

The duties and responsibilities of my position would include enforcing server rules while ensuring that player driven roleplay remains fair, immersive, and uninterrupted whenever possible. I believe a key part of being staff is knowing when to step in and when to allow roleplay to naturally progress, maintaining a balance between moderation and immersion for all players.

I would also be responsible for assisting newcomers by answering questions, guiding them through server mechanics, and helping them integrate into the roleplay environment whenever necessesary. Creating a welcoming experience for new players, which is essential for positive community growth and engagement.

Another important responsibility is handling OOC issues, such as mediating disputes between players and resolving conflicts that arise from roleplay scenarios. This includes responding to tickets for player model changes, addressing rule violations ranging from minor infractions to more serious cases such as mass RDM, and ensuring that all situations are handled fairly and professionally.

Additionally, I would support or help manage roleplay events as a gamemaster, contributing to engaging and dynamic scenarios that enhance the overall player experience. My goal is to uphold the server’s standards while helping create an enjoyable and well  organized environment for everyone.

Great guy, very kind and very understanding.

In addition, I have known him for quite some time and I can reliably say that he has changed. Much like many of us, myself included, he started playing Prometheus in the past with the intention to minge. A while back, however, he became genuinely invested in Prometheus. I hope this provides some context for his previous bans.

Kozak is an active veteran player with A likeable personality & is dedicated to his work. Knowing Kozak for ~1 year now, I can confidently say he would make A good moderator for a roleplay server.
