Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I was on my KG char and a officer of the kg told me that the Kriegsmarschall was pk active and so was the War Marshall, So I go to the ICC and enter through the garage and I remember a server announcement saying something on the lines of " If you try to PK someone and you die you will be pk'd " so I knew the risk of going in there and possibly dying and then 2 members of the military come up to me and try to detain me then ( at this point im in the BB )I turn a corner then point my gun and I kill one of them and the other kills me, after I die im at the LF and then im brought up into a sit, thinking I was going to be PK'd, then Governor says "you cant just kill someone under fearrp", then he says "let me look at your notes" and then after looking at my notes, I did have a Unapproved raid from awhile ago then he says "Oh well you have a unapproved raid note" so I am going to be banning you for a day and then I make a joke saying " OMG what am I going to do without Prometheus for a day" and then he say you know what its 2 day's now for saying that. So I believe I should've just been pk'd for that instead of being banned.

Hello, I'm Governor the senior administrator that banned you. During this time of conflict between the two factions, a specific group of people were allowed to PK the Kriegsmarschall, and you were not of the 4. You had a specific assignment in character and it was unrealistic that you would go in and solo raid (without any real roleplay reason) the ICC. Furthermore, you claimed in DM's with another  member of the staff team, Kentuckyfriedhorse, that the mentioned note was a "year old", while in reality this note was from April 4th, and specifically mentioned you raiding the ICC. Generally, your PO's reflect a history of NITRP and unapproved raiding, and I made the decision to ban you for 2 days as a more proper punishment given your activities. And honestly, I originally intended to provide leniency, and yes I did change the ban from 1 day to 2, as a result of you clearly not caring about the original 1 day, while it is meant to be a punishment preventing from further rule breaks.

With the Unapproved Raid, you said April 4th 2025 while we were in the sit and there was roleplay to it, it was to pk the kriegsmarschall and I didn't know I wasn't able to go and pk because nobody told me  and when I asked someone to go they said sure

In the event of  a civil war/conflict you still have to request approval for a raid, and you didn't. This means that what you did was an unapproved raid, and you specifically had a PO from that was given within the month, there really isn't much to it other than that.

From what I was told there was a approved raid, But if I died in there I would be pk'd for it. I knew the risk but I believe you made the wrong move here governor.
