Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: Good evening. I think there was a misunderstanding about what happened, and I wanted to clarify. Sorry if my actions caused any concern.

In fact, I wasn't trying to shoot at you or your group. There was a white car that had been chasing me for a while and actually rammed into me. You may have seen it drive past you. That car was my target, and I tried to resolve things through RP interaction, talking an such, before doing anything else.

From my side, I wasn't firing randomly in your direction, though I understand how it could have looked that way. Sorry again for the confusion, and thanks for hearing me out.

+1 I was there, very shortly before this happened someone tried to kill someone from the group heading to the ICC (the guy banned in the beginning of the clip). This fup13 guy did not target anyone in the group, he was trying to shoot the person in the white car. Granted it was very dumb to shoot between the people in the group.
