The CDKK, who is a member of National High Command (NHC) identified you as one of the men who was involved in tying him up, so he ordered your death. Perchance and Swisher have given the content to the situation that led up to your death.

Hi planetdude10, thank you for creating a PK appeal. I was the staff member who issued the PK. Your character was PK'd because you pulled out your gun while you were under gunpoint by 2 players. You managed to gun down one of them but the other killed you, resulting in your character's death. This falls under the PK guideline: Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK] FearRP Rule 1 - While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would then display a disregard for your own safety. This is a calculated risk you took, or a denial to value your own life, which will result in your PK. +1 Every interaction I've had with him have been great. I've seen him around a lot + He has not gotten any notes or bans since he returned to the server. I believe captaintophat007 would be a good addition to the staff team!

-1 You need to be at least 16 to apply for staff. Additionally, is this discord you mentioned you moderate approved by staff? If not, you might be breaking Global Rule 5.

On second thought, I agree with MomsMom and BananaMan. During the duel you spoke OOC saying it wasn't fair that you were outed for something you didn't do. I understand your frustration with being the fall guy in your faction but the situation was still in-character & you used VC to speak in OOC in front of a large crowd. After reviewing some footage of the situation I think you need more time playing in the server to get used to the political dynamics that this server focuses on. My interactions with you were good overall. I think you would be a great member of the staff team after getting more experience in RP.
