Adelhard Jäger, Unteroffizier , Adelhard Jäger is a NCO in the 18. Militärpolizeigruppe. His duties are to police the military, and depending on wartime, he has civil policing authority. 

Reinhardt Dremmel, Oberleutnant, Reinhardt Dremmel is a CO in the Kaiserliche Luftwaffe - 8. Luftinfanterieregiment "Haßenbräum". Being a member of the Flak Battalion, his duties are to defend Berlin from air raids while also ensuring the security of the ICC.

Karl Speigel, Grenadier , Karl Speigel is an enlisted rank grenadier in the Kaisergarde ‘Hendrik Baumer’  1. Wachregiment “Groß-Berlin”  1. Kampf-Paladin Kompanie. His duties are to guard the Kaiser himself while also guarding important government districts when necessary.

Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? Yes, I was staff on Prometheus for roughly 60 days before I quit.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I firmly believe I have the competency to become a staff member yet again. My previous experience as a senior moderator for this server demonstrates that I understand how the rules are deployed within a server are necessary to ensure everyone has a fantastic RP experience. With that being said, when I quit my first run as a staff member, I quit due to IRL circumstances that were occurring. Time is more on my side now, so I feel as if I will be more motivated to assist in the staff team. I enjoyed being on this staff team for the time I was here, and I would like to have that opportunity yet again.

I am relatively active during the evenings on weekdays, and I am usually available during weekends. I currently work full-time as a welder, but occasionally I have to put in some overtime hours on the weekend at my job. Still, I will always make an attempt to make my presence and fulfill my duties. I am able to take tickets at busy times to help other staff. I am also able to take tickets in the late hours when no other staff is online.

I am able to remain unbiased and keep situations under control. I believe I have good communication skills as well as de-escalation skills. I have a firm understand on how to deal with certain situations as well as how to give out fair and just punishments.  I understand the importance of clips for not only PK’s but also evidence for RDM and other rule violations. I am relatively good at retaining information. I understand the rules, but if there are changes to said rules, I will read them and follow through with them verbatim. If I find myself in a situation where I am unsure of something, I will refer to any and all provided resources in order to complete a ticket. 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: The duties and responsibilities of the position I am applying for are to retain the integrity of the server. This includes answering tickets, handing out justified punishment, and ensuring everyone has a wonderful roleplay experience. Helping manage disputes keeps the server in a good image and helps attract new players. Keeping the integrity of the server also helps to keep players engaged in the roleplay. Staff are also required to assist either new players or current players in understanding how the roleplay works and ensure all parties have a good understanding of the rules and expectations. Staff have the ability to give a better understanding of some confusing guidelines, such as PK. Staff is also important for assisting in roleplay to change character models in order for players to have the correct uniforms for their respective factions. This allows for an altogether better experience for players to really engage with their character and roleplay.
