Obermeister Julius Witting 

      As the Obermeister, my current responsibilities are securing the safety and well-being of the Ordensmarschall at all times. Other tasking revolves around doing security sweeps wherever the Ordensmarschall needs to go. Some of these places include the Federal Council, Warplanning meetings, and Interior high command meetings. One of my important tasks is keeping the Interior Minister's office guarded and secured from all outside threats and unauthorized personnel. If the Ordensmarschall is not within the city at the current time of tasking, the Ordensritter would be tasked to keep the Leading State of the Interior secured and well guarded at all times. 

Polizeiunterdiener Kitzler Bussler

As the Polizeiunterdiener, my job is to write tickets and make sure everyone follows the Berlin bylaws and Penal code. Other responsibilities are to assist in checkpoints around Berlin. One of the most important tasks within the Landespolizei is to stamp out and raid criminal organizations. Vehicle patrols are one of the most common forms of patrolling to keep the streets safe and maintain order within the Berlin District. The Landespolizei assists the National Security Bureau on matters of investigation and cooperation for those who are posing a threat to the security of the nation.  

How long have you been roleplaying?: 5 years

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: 

The last and only ban that I ever had was 3 years ago from a RDM ticket which I was punished for 1 day. The situation that day was within the Reichstag and there was a citizen at the entrance of the door blocking my way of leaving. I approached the said citizen to move out the way so I could leave and return to base but he refused. 

The mistake I made was immediately shooting him in the head without giving him a warning and I should have asked for assistance for his detainment at the time. Other options I should have thought of is calling someone on the radio or bashing him with the back of a pistol. My actions that day were wrong and I should have taken a different way to go about the issue.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

    I understand that I would be a good addition to the team for several reasons. The time I have been here interacting with the community and people has been over a long, extensive period of time. I am always willing to learn and improve. I understand that no staff member is perfect and that there is always room for growth. I am open to feedback from both fellow staff members and the community, and I would use that feedback to continually improve my performance. If selected, I would dedicate my time and effort to assisting players, resolving issues fairly, answering questions, and ensuring that everyone can enjoy their experience on the server.

    I understand that the role comes with a great deal of responsibility. Staff members are expected to remain professional, fair, and unbiased when handling situations, regardless of personal relationships or opinions. I believe I possess these qualities and would always strive to make decisions based on the server's rules and best interests rather than personal feelings. One of my greatest strengths is maintaining a positive community environment, which requires patience, maturity, and the ability to communicate effectively with players, even during stressful situations.

    I have been a member of the community for a significant amount of time, allowing me to build relationships with many different players and gain a strong understanding of the server, its rules, and its culture. I have gained while also lost many times while playing, but have learned a considerable amount of information on how the server functions. The ultimate goal of this application is not simply to hold a staff position but to actively contribute to the success and growth of the server, and most importantly, I want to help create a welcoming, fair, and enjoyable environment where the players feel respected, supported, and confident that issues will be handled professionally and efficiently. 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

    Moderators are responsible for actively monitoring in-game activities to ensure that all players adhere to server rules and roleplay standards. They are tasked with identifying, investigating, and addressing violations such as Random Deathmatch (RDM), Fail Roleplay (FailRP), Metagaming, Powergaming, harassment, and any other behavior that negatively impacts the roleplay experience. When reports are received, moderators are expected to remain impartial, gather all relevant evidence, speak with involved parties when necessary, and make fair decisions based on the server's established guidelines and policies.

     In addition to enforcing rules, moderators serve as a resource for players by answering questions, clarifying policies, and helping resolve disputes before they escalate. Their authority is limited to in-game moderation matters and the processing of Civilian Player Kills (PKs). Moderators may issue warnings, kicks, and temporary bans when appropriate; however, no disciplinary action issued by a moderator may exceed a two-week ban. Cases involving severe or repeat offenses must be escalated to senior administration for further review and potential action.
