What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I have been staff for a star wars RP server called Frostbite gaming I made the rank of Sr. Mod after a few months I was a Head Dev on Hyper Networks I had been Head of Staff on IN Gaming

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I think I would be a good addition to the Prometheus Networks Staff Team because I have experience in a few staff posistions in Gmod communities and I understand what being a staff member is supposed to be like. From being staff before I learned that the job is not only about enforcing rules but also about helping players staying professional and doing my part to help the communtiy One of my previous staff positions was on a Star Wars RP server called Frostbite Gaming where I worked my way up to Senior Moderator after being active and putting in the time While I was there I handled player reports dealt with conflicts enforced rules and helped players whenever they needed it. Getting promoted to Senior Moderator showed that the managment team trusted me and the work I was doing I also worked as the Head Developer for Hyper Networks In that role I worked with the server leadership to improve the server and help make new content and systemsThat position taught me a lot about teamwork communication and solving problems while handling different responsibilities at once I was also the Head of Staff for IN Gaming Gmod server As Head of Staff I helped manage the staff team gave newer staff members guidance and made sure staff were doing their jobs properly This gave me leadership experience and taught me how to stay fair and calm when making decisionsIf I am selected for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team I will bring the same effort and dedication that I had in my previous positions. I know staff members represent the server and I will do my best to treat players with respect while enforcing the rules fairly I am always willing to learn take feedback and improve My goal is to help make the server a welcoming and enjoyable place for everyone and I would be happy to be part of Prometheus Networks

[150 Words or more]:  The duties and responsibilities of the position I am applying for are to uphold the server's rules and ensure that everyone is following them fairly and respectfullyThis role is responsible for helping officers manage enlisted members by promoting new players when they have earned it assigning them to the correct faction, and making any necessary model or rank changes They also help keep the server organized by maintaining accurate recordsassisting with adinistrative task and making sure players receive the support they needIn addition this position requires professioalism patience and good comunication skills It is important to answer questions from new players help resolve problems before they become larger issues and work aongside other staff and officers to keep the community running smoothly The role is not just about using administrative commandsit is about setting a good example treating everyone fairly and creating a welcoming environment where players can enjoy the server Overall the position exists to support both the staff team and the player base while helping maintain a fun organized and respectful roleplay experience
