Explain why you were PK'd: 

I believe I need to explain the entire situation between me and Azrael's debucle:
After calling the MOW a Corrupt, I got the flame from the Party  and from my own Boss' char.  The party organized a summons to explain myself why I called the MOW a corrupt. And Azrael, in attempt to save the state some face, decided to use Whoreson's decision of erasing every document where his last char's name(Falkernrath or something) was present(he got a name PK for sending the army into the MOI to kill the KM and OM), which also included my appointment document, to call me an impersonator of the State, thus making me at best a civillian and at worst a criminal for impersonating to being a State Minister. Either way, I decided that if I were to go without a fight regarding Azrael's claim, the party courts would have had a field day in dragging me through either their own courts or letting the KM and his courts shoot me. So I had to fight for the position in the document larp. One of the strategies was to attempt to humiliate Azrael's character and get his powers as CDBK either halted or at least questioned. Forward to Today, around 10:00 pm - 00:00 am CEST-

I was in the Leading State Secretary of the Interior's office, and out of nowhere, I saw Azrael's char barging into the room and putting me in handcuffs. Just some minutes later, he shoots me in the office.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: 
Purposefully subjecting someone into a situation which puts them under valid PK guidelines.
My entire decision to fight Azrael was purely because he forced me to fight my position as State Minister.(with the most undesirable argumentation, that being whoreson punishing him for trying to PK 2 NHC in a night and still let him be CDBK by just changing his name and deleting all documents regarding his name)Because if I weren't a recognized State Minister, the party would see me as a civilian at best and as a party member. Which then they would've shot me or given me to the War courts to shoot me. Either way, my decision to fight Azrael was necessary for my character's own survival, if not, I would be put in the situation of my death being ordered in some courts.

Not using PKs as a LAST resort.
This only applies when PKing players of importance (i.e. Last resort is not required for PKing a Grenadier).
Azrael's PK's order was in no way a last resort. Not only did he force me into a situation where I had to defend the claim of being State Minister, or I would die, but he never once tried to resolve this situation by not putting me into a PKable situation. He either insisted that I was never a State Minister, which, again, would have resulted in the Party/Military having the day of their lives with me, or he directly ordered my PK on a document. Never once did he give me an option of getting out with my character realistically surviving.
In comparison, I never once ordered or even suggested his death on any of my published documents tied to this debacle.

PKing someone with power-gamed information.
ie: Putting a gun up to someone and forcing them to sign a confession document.
The entire situation in the Leading State Secretary of the Interior's office was extremely suspicious. While I cannot have clear-cut evidence that Azrael did not use some kind of IC-gathered Information to get me and kill me, it is extremely lucky for someone in that situation to be able to search throughout all the MOI(or even better, knowing exactly where I could be hiding ^ ^).

Additional Information: 
I mentioned whoreson and his decision with Azrael's Name change, would want to add that if I worded it somehow wrongly, I don't find whoreson's decision as somehow dumb or retarded, quite the contrary, really forgiving and open.

Regarding the PK Reason. You decided to call a member of the NHC corrupt, on your own with no reliable backing when even your "own" faction doesn't back you. Of course I'm going to step in and stop the State from taking a blow reputationally and otherwise by allowing ANOTHER faction to kill you. Initially I wasn't going to kill you, and didn't request it for that reason but then you delved into being frankly retarded, and literally published a document couping me at that point you signed your own death warrant not me. 

Regarding finding you in the Interior, I actually followed you for quite some time yesterday while waiting for a PK overwatch, but sadly despite messaging numerous members of UA and Admin+ over the course of about 90 minutes none of them came so I had to do it today instead. Next time don't take Shelter in the Order Marshal's Office when it was borderline publicly known that the MOI was sheltering you. There was dozens of better hiding spots in the Interior, you chose the literal worst one other than straight up standing in the lobby.

This was entirely your own doing, I don't know why you're acting like you didn't bring this upon yourself you even said you wanted to die. I just chose a death for you that benefitted my faction rather than someone elses.

The punishment must fit the crime. You cannot sentence someone to death for minor offenses; ie., not saluting [PK]     
    While it is entirely subjective, whether or not calling an NHC "corrupt" really justifies putting this entire circus on me. For most of History, no one in my own situation[being one of the highest offices in an institution] was treated for calling someone else of relatively speaking, the same status, a Corrupt, as my situation. You don't understand, it wasn't that you ordered my PK that was unfair(we can get into that later), but the situation you have forced me to take. Look, from my perspective, the only Protection you have from being court-tried like some kind of donkey might disappear because of the action of your character. It is logical, if my Character did not want to be humiliated and killed like that, that he would fight every way possible for that Protection. So my Character was only given 2 routes to go:
    a. allow you to humiliate me on all channels like that, and have the Army/Party kill me
     b. Fight your decision through any means.
    There was literally no other route my Character could have taken. Either he would die in some Kangaroo-like Courts, or fight you, which then resulted in you ordering my PK.
     
     Also, I think I don't need to mention it again, but you never once gave me an option for me to take to realistically survive this.

 First of all, don't call anyone's actions retarded when your entire argument in this matter was the most retarded thing I've seen on this server, and I've been in here for quite some time.
 Secondly, what my doc was, was at worst a soft coup and at best opening the question of whether you are competent or not to serve as CDBK. Never once claimed to have taken the office or such, just the powers and duties of it, and never(unlike you) ordered your death via a document. So there's that.

 Quite convenient to exactly know I was in the city, that I had joined not even 20 minutes before you found me in the office, that you knew I was in the MOI, and not somewhere mythical or such, and exactly in the Leading State Secretary's Office out of the big 3(or 4) offices there were, don't you say? As you claim to be an experienced and veteran player in this gamemod, I'm sure you got this entire situation on clip, as you have been known around here to get "too" lucky.

Lets go over these points together. 

One.
You name the Minister of War corrupt. That, however bold, was a risky move that you KNEW could lead to your death. 

Two. 
You were then fired after the Party tried to summon you. Regardless of Azraels technique on firing, you were fired. You then attempted to counter this by saying that the CDBK was mentally challenged. Funny however you KNEW that would get you shot. 

The PK Guidelines are called "Guidelines" for a reason. Regardless if he had "Last resort", which he did, he had reasoning to kill you. You publicly insulted him and refused to be dismissed. That is enough reasoning for a PK to be approved. 

Three. 
You say "How did Azrael know that I was in the Interior", there could have been a multitude of reasons but you attempting to say he cheated or abused without proof or reasoning is a stretch. 

With all that, the PK is DENIED.
