Justizminister Klaus Dietrich, arbitrating matters between the members of the Federal council in an attempt to provide a “3rd option” for disputes between factions and attempting to reform the MOJ after an extended period of neglect. Klaus Dietrich has been the name of my justice character since at least 2020, generally taking over the majority of my time in game over my other characters.

Obergrenadier Heinrich Sauer, an enlisted member of the Feldgendarm. At first hell bent on rising to the position of chief for the war courts but mysteriously ceased trying once the completely unrelated Klaus Dietrich became a Minister. Now he arrives periodically to support  the military when conflict arises.
 

How long have you been roleplaying?:

I’ve been on prometheus essentially since its inception when I fled from the previous group with many others. As for 1942RP from around 2017 or 2018, the earliest verifiable evidence is from August of 2018 when I joined “that” forum. Outside of 1942RP my earliest record of this type of RP would be from 2015 back when star wars RP was in vogue. 3700+ hours mostly in the 1942RP genre (that's depressing actually).

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:

I do not have any notes or bans as far as I'm aware and have been told.

Staff Knowledge Section
What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?

I frankly do not have any staff experience within Gmod as a whole. My work experience has me using complex systems and my Gmod experience has been dedicated almost exclusively to the Justice Ministry for the past 6 years. This oddly gives me some type of experience with regards to reviewing evidence, determining results and thereafter logging them. Not the same by any means but the closest as would be relevant to this application.
 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

        Being a player on Prometheus, albeit with several sometimes extended breaks since its inception and a player on the former community in which many of the older playerbase were once a part of as well, I have a fairly good understanding of both the community and its needs. During my time on Prometheus I have generally tried to contribute positively towards the roleplay experience of others even at my own detriment to some extent, utilizing any RPI postings I was granted primarily for the purpose of enhancing the experience of the general playerbase. I believe a good staff member is somebody who can represent the community, is an actual part of said community whilst providing a fair and timely response to issues which affect roleplay or otherwise harm the experience of others. Patience, general understanding and approachability to others particularly new players are all aspects that affect the quality of a staff member and I hope that if accepted I would fulfil these aspects. 

        As an active member of the community who does his best to be approachable and fair I believe I would make an adequate member of the team. I would make best effort to provide an approachable avenue for players to come to when needed whilst providing a reasonable remedy when necessary. The end goal is to support the needs of the community and its playerbase whilst meeting the requirements made by senior staff. I would hope to fulfill these requirements and provide that service which was so helpful during my time on Prometheus. Moderation of a server is often thankless and whilst much of the work may go unnoticed by some I do believe that contributing back into the community I’ve spent such a long time as a part of is important. I would like to contribute towards the success of the community, a goal which I find to be worthwhile. I would aim to be a dependable member of the staff team, working alongside other staff members in a professional manner and continue to learn from others who have served on the staff team for longer than I would. 
 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

        Ensuring that server rules are applied fairly and in a timely manner. Responding to tickets as they’re created and attempting to make sure players who do make a staff report aren't standing there for extended periods of time waiting for a ticket to be taken. Staff stands to represent the server and is the first line of defense with regards to unsavory actors who might otherwise stand to make the server unenjoyable for those who wish to actually participate in RP. Staff members must act impartially and with due regard to the actual text of server rules, enforce rules in line with the spirit of the server and know when to request assistance in interpretation whenever it is required. Server Staff also serves a dual purpose in ensuring that RP is conducted appropriately and providing avenues for RP to occur that the general user base will be unable to enforce. It’s also extremely important that a staff member is an approachable and viable community member and representative, setting the standards for those around them.
