Explain why you were PK'd: Killed whilst attempting to PK NSB dude in sewers with Major Jesse Rosamann, also killed.

Why should you be un-PK'd?:Whilst being gagged and dragged by myself and Rosamann, NSB dude began typing. We believe he made a faction broadcast (which is against the rules) for the NSB to wait outside the sewer entrance. The NSB were there so quickly that it would be unreasonable to assume they didn't know about our plot to pk their guy, and the only way they could have known is if he made the broadcast. They were so close that you couldn't have walked for a second until touching one of them.

No faction broadcast was made. Only NHC have the ability to do so anyways.
