Explain why you were PK'd: yes but unfair. I was arrested for entering the kaisers residense but i only closed the gate that was open. Didnt went in the buildings. They arrested me and they just wanted to shoot me. 

Why should you be un-PK'd?: 1. because i think it is over reacted, they just wanted to shoot someone. 2. most important for me, this sucks 90% fun out of my gameplay on this server regarding this is my main character. Please unban my character.

Additional Information: When i arrived at the kaisers residense, there were soldiers outside looking at the open gate. I asked the soldiers why it was open. They said they didnt know. So i said to them: let me close it for you. So i did. I went to the button of the outside gate and i closed it. I didnt break in or something. Everything was OPEN. When they arrested me they said at the cell where i was held, that there was no evidence or photos made. NO PROOF, nothing. 
Not that it mathers but for personal reasons i ask this unban for the little fun of satire gaming i can have.

Not asserting its relevance to the situation but I can attest that he did in fact enter momentarily, hit the gate button and immediately leave as the gate was still closing prior to the arrest.

I was the moderator to carry out this PK. 

The individual was brought to me by the SK, who stated that he had trespassed in the Summer Hall, when I went to process him, I checked his ID and noticed that his name was Friedrich Ballkrampf. When I asked him to confirm this he acknowledged the fact by stating that he had a cramp in a certain relevant area.  I decided that the best course of action was to handle it personally. I personally am not against Un PKing the character, but if you're going to name you character Ball Cramp maybe don't get caught trespassing in the Summer Hall.
