Ban Appeal

I would like to appeal my ban for killing after there was cease fire, i didnt see the first cease fire, but saw the number 2 right after i killed one of the other guys and then admin got me, and really was easy to work with at all, or hear my side of things,

Why should you be un-PK'd?: 

Man i dont know if it was me that made a mistake or not, but lets just say it's on me, but i dont usally spent some hours on a characters, just to get it banned, so im okay with not getting it unbanned just aslong as i get atleast get some of the money i made with it.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to make a pk appeal.

Your character was permanently killed under the Starting a Gunfight PK guideline.

Approximately 3–5 minutes after your generals called for a ceasefire, you advanced on the church alone, where approximately five to six members of the Kaisergarde were positioned. Upon turning the corner, you initiated gunfire against them. You were subsequently killed, and as a result, your character received a permanent kill (PK).

I understand the time, effort, and in-game resources you may have invested into your character. However, it is important to recognize the risks associated with initiating armed confrontations. Actions have consequences in serious roleplay, and the PK system exists to reinforce those consequences.

While losing a character is never enjoyable, permanent character death is an inherent possibility in this game mode. Ultimately, when and how that occurs is determined by the decisions your character makes.

Thank you for taking the time to create a PK Appeal. After review, what has been commented above is absolutely correct. If you initiate a gunfight and die as a result, you will get PK'd. Common sense applies in these situations, it is wholly unrealistic to run into a building with 6 members of a rival faction during or at the tail-end of a Civil War and open fire on them.
