I have 1 RDM note from a year and a half ago but it was a 1 time mistake over my years of playing the server and it hasn't happened again and it wont happen again.

What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?

I was a senior mod here on prom before I was demoted for Abuse of Power which is true. I decided to use my staff abilities irresponsibly and I was young and stupid. I regret it severely, but I've improved over the last year and a half and something like that won't ever happen again.  I was also a Super Admin on a DarkRP called Digital Delta Gaming and pretty much ran most day to day stuff including managing staff and overseeing forums as well. I truly am remorseful and really would like to become a member of the community once more.
 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I Believe I'd be a great addition to the staff team because my experience I've built over the years I was a Super Administrator on a very active server with a player base that was pretty similar to DarkRP so there were always plenty of minges and tickets to deal with During my time there I handled almost 4000 sits which was the most any staff member had ever completed on DDG Because of that I'm very comfortable dealing with all kinds of situations and players and I know how to stay calm fair and professional when handling staff sits I also have over 2800 hours on Garry's Mod which shows that I'm here for the long haul and genuinely enjoy playing the game. Outside of GMod I worked as a car salesman for a couple of years which helped me improve my communication skills and taught me how to deal with all kinds of personalities and situations I think those skills transfer really well into being a staff member I'm also a donator with a paid character which shows that I'm committed to supporting the server and want to see it continue to grow and succeed I've always had an interest in World War II and the more I learn about it the more I enjoy playing on a server based around that setting I also have a lot of free time so I'm usually on for at least a couple of hours every day and sometimes even longer which means I can help keep tickets from piling up and make sure players get help quickly Overall I think I'd make a solid staff member because of my previous experience my people skills my activity and my passion for both Garry's Mod and this server I genuinely want to help the community and do my part to keep the server running strong for as long as possible I have a lot of ideas I think will improve the roleplay around me not only as a staff member but as a roleplayer.
 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

A moderator's main responsibility is not only dealing with the influx of tickets that come in whether its model changes, recruitment tickets, or other smaller staff sits but also, To make sure that the minges and trolls understand the rules and if it comes to it the reason they are being banned. As a moderator I understand I need to prove that I am reliable and willing to put in the effort if I want to move up through the staff team as well as the community. I also think it's important that every ticket gets handled fairly no matter how minor it is Another big part of the job is making sure people who are trolling or trying to ruin roleplay are dealt with Quickly by using whatever staff tools are necessary to keep the server enjoyable and immersive for everyone Overall I think the goal of the staff team is to make sure the server stays fun organized and welcoming while helping players in a professional way and keeping the community happy Which I guess in the long and short means making sure the roleplay runs as smooth as possible for everyone, Thank you for taking the time to read and consider my application.
