Peter Lasker: Leutnant with the MGD, responsible for gathering intel and documents for the Military.

Johann Leiter: A regular civilian of berlin who wishes to start a new business, but currently unemployed.

How long have you been roleplaying?: I've spent mostly all of my time within Prometheus for about a month. But I've spent 5 years In different small servers within other games.

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:

VDM | I received a note on my other character during minge hours. I regret VDM’ing others, and it was a big mistake that I shouldn’t have made. However, I’ve learned from that experience and have since become a better user within the game. I also believed that because it was minge hours, no one would care, but I was mistaken. I deeply regret what I did, and now, whenever I’m driving, I do so cautiously.

What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I do not have any experience as a staff member but I wish to learn and gain that experience through one of the best servers.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: This game has been the highlight of the last part of my summer before school. It was always there for me when I was down or when I needed something to fill my time with a little enjoyment. When I watched one YouTube video about this game, I knew I had to join because it seemed so interesting and fun to be a part of. When I first started playing, I was alone during minge hours, but I found someone to play with. We played together for a while, became friends, and I officially fell in love with this server. I grinded for weeks on end and eventually rose through the ranks to become part of the MDG. I found a home in this server, but I noticed that most tickets took several minutes to be handled by a staff member. I hated this because I would wonder what they could possibly be doing while randoms ruined my roleplay. I would never wish that experience upon my enemies.

I spend a lot of my time on this game (which is kind of pathetic), but it helps me have fun and gives me something to do while enjoying myself. Sometimes, I just stand around or walk to the bank, waiting for something exciting to happen, but it never does. I feel like I could help other people during these moments of boredom, and it would also help me regain my love for this game. I know I can learn quickly when I’m genuinely interested in something, and my interest lies in helping people and becoming a staff member so I can give back to this game and help it the same way it has helped me.

Yes, I’ve made mistakes within this game, but I feel like they were part of a learning curve and helped me recognize and fix the mistakes I needed to work on. The notes given by staff are a way to learn from your mistakes and teach you not to repeat them. Of course, I messed up, and I deeply regret those actions, but at the same time, I feel like I needed those experiences because I may have never learned from my mistakes otherwise. My parents have always taught me that it’s better to learn from your mistakes sooner rather than later.

My main goal for this server is to help people who were once like me—people who need to learn from their mistakes so they can improve before someone less understanding comes along and bans them. Life is all about making mistakes, and helping people learn from those mistakes is much better than allowing them to repeat them and potentially get banned. I want to help everyone have a good time on this server, no matter who they are, because everyone deserves to enjoy their time within this game. In summary, I want to help as many people as possible learn from their mistakes sooner rather than later, so they don’t make the same mistakes I did—mistakes that I still regret to this day.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

In my words, the position I’m applying for is of great importance to this server, as it helps ensure everyone can enjoy their time without being VDM’d, encountering NITRP, or having their experience ruined by trolls who can’t control themselves and properly roleplay.

Although dealing with trolls is one part of this position, I also believe the bigger responsibility is helping people. Whether it’s helping someone with uniforms or simply answering questions, this is a vital part of a staff member’s role. Without this support, people could lose respect for the staff team and feel like they have nowhere to turn.

I remember needing help when I first joined. Luckily, I saw a message that said, “Need help? Type @ for staff assistance.” I’m very thankful that message was there because the staff member who helped me was a lifesaver. Without staff assistance, many people could be left in the dark, not knowing what to do or how to handle situations they can’t control.

Because of this, I believe the two most important duties of this position are helping people and dealing with trolls, ensuring everyone has the best experience possible on the server.

Holy, great application. I honestly helped in basic ways as showing how to make an application, the requirements, and the sort. All of the writing was done by the applicant here and it came out way better than I would've imagined. Good kid as well, hope to see him on the team!
