Explain why you were PK'd: I was PK'd for "fear RP" I believe.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was already given a note for fear RP a few weeks prior I believe, and that is why the admin didn't look into it for longer than a few minutes and my rank was decently high. I believe it wasn’t fair to have a character i had since 2023 PK'd like that. The situation i was in when PK'd was walking and resisting arrest and one of them shot me, called an admin and had me PK'd just like that. I enjoy this server and that character and would love to play him again.

Additional Information: I was PK'd around February time I believe but told to make an appeal by maverick anyway.
