Explain why you were PK'd:  Starting a gun fight and losing

Why should you be un-PK'd?: It was a troll, possibly a hacker, I know for a fact I should've killed him from the amount of bullets that hit, and I was denied access to speak to the staff member.

 Additional Information: The troll was a schutzpolizei who rammed into my car, and held me at gunpoint. I was forced to get out, trying to roleplay. Then I think he tried to tie me, so I shot at him, hitting multiple times with an MP40, and he did not die. I don't think I was offered a clip of what happened, and the moderator did not want to speak. He was very clearly trying to get people PK'd, he submitted it immidiately.
