Why do you deserve to be unbanned?:  I have a deep family history rping on this server that goes back years. Ultreht Kreiger I was permadeathed after being burtalized by the MOI and MOJ. I lead an attempted revolution at one point that failed along with the people of little China. I have clips on youtube that go back to 2024/23 showing this.  My RP is entirely based within my own character/family who had his dad brutally tortured (Ultrich Kreiger I, he had his Eyes gouged out by the Ministry of Interior) Ultrech Kreiger was permadeeathed after attempting to kill a group of the Kaiserliche Feldjägers (IIRC could have been a different agency) intruding on Little China after Ultrich had been released

Additional Information: My character had deep trauma in its origins and its ability to work with any of the major factions in the server. At first attempted to seek civil war and when Ultrich II was kicked out of the military for trying to start one, took matters in his own hands.  The banning mod/admin asked me "why I did it" but then right after teleported away and began typing his ban command. I tried to explain, I would have loved to have had an opportunity to talk about this history that expands years into this servers lore.  But I did not get the chance. 

 

My major questions: Why was this a 3 day ban at all rather than just a permadeath? Kill off the entire Kreiger line. Ultrech I was already gunned down and permadeathed. I dont understand why this is so different.

While I can see why you would want to "RP kill MOI". You ran over Military, Party, State, and others; someone else flung your car, then CAME BACK and did it again. While players are in the middle of the end of a civil war trying to figure things out, you are actively just running people over in a car repeatedly. You were also kicked out of the military for randomly shooting fellow soldiers.

FTR my intent there was to broaden the civil war.  I told the Major and made jokes about what I was going to do and why, he didn't have to give me a gun.  I have a 35 minute video of my events on this server today, I was not hiding my intention while joining the military. 

 

I dont deny anything you said besides the premise. My intention was to cause a larger civil war because of the larger Kreiger History.  I was given a gun, and a car after EXPLICITLY telling members of RP what I was gonna do.
