Taking command of enlisted and NCOs when a senior officer is not present

What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?: 
I currently do not have any previous experience as an admin within Garry's Mod, but I am willing to learn, and quickly at that.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: 
I believe that I am a good pick for the team due to my fairness. I keep seeing people break rules, even small ones, but they keep going unnoticed. I feel that I can help out in these kinds of situations, to enforce said rules and to educate players that are unaware of the said. And try to make all of the users happy, and I will do everything to make you proud with the choice to make me a member of staff who will work alongside you all.
As a member of staff I will do everything in my power to assist the community and also be active even when it's early, when most people act not within the rules. I am active very often within this server and I am willing to do everything that is possible to make this server a better place for everyone.
When it comes to the matter of experience, I may not have any as an admin within Gmod, but I am an extremely fast learner, and I am prepared to teach myself everything I may need to become an efficient Staff member and a good coworker with every other Staff member that works alongside me.
I would also make a good pick for a Staff member, as I will be available very often while in the server, and I will answer tickets I get sent as fast as possible. Sometimes people have to send out countless tickets for something simple as a recruitment, making small tasks something that takes more time than it needs to.
I am determined to make this server a much more pleasant experience for all of you, admins, owners, moderators and users alike. I see a bright future for Prometheus, and I will make it happen, no matter what comes in our way, what troubles we face, and any troublesome people we may meet. So, my question is:

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:
Being a part of the administration team is a huge responsibility, and I am aware of that. Therefore I understand that I might need to prioritize my position as a Staff member rather than my character's position and responsibilities.
I believe that as a member of the administration team I will be required to make sure everyone gets the help they may need. This could be a range of different problems:
Assisting members of factions with recruitments, promotions, comps, and any other assistance they may need.
Helping people who may be having technical difficulties like the camera being tilted, players stuck in objects or any bugs/glitches that have been identified by me, other Staff members or other players within this server.
Educating people who have acted against the rules you have set to guide them in the right direction. When I get the report of foul play, cheating or any other misconduct, I will do everything that is possible to help the victim.

I understand that a lot of responsibility will be placed upon me, and I am prepared to do what I can for this server. I hope that I can work with you all some day.
