Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I would be a strong addition to the Prometheus Staff Team because I'm someone who's always open to criticism and willing to learn from my mistakes. I believe there's always room to improve, and I don't have a problem taking advice from others if it helps me become better. The main reason I'm applying for the staff team is because I want to help the community by handling tickets efficiently and making sure players can get back to enjoying their roleplay without unnecessary delays. I also believe my previous experience being staff on Garry's Mod servers has given me a good understanding of how to handle situations fairly and professionally. [150 Words or more]: As a staff member, my responsibilities would be to enforce server guidelines and rules, ensuring players adhere to roleplay standards. I'd investigate and penalize infractions like Random Deathmatch, No Intent to Roleplay, Metagaming, and Fail Roleplaying, among other actions that harm roleplay. When answering Staff Tickets, moderators remain impartial, reviewing evidence and speaking with both parties to grasp the full story. Making fair decisions based on the structure of the server will determine the punishment. Beyond enforcement, moderators also act as a key resource for the community. I would answer player questions, clearly explain and break down the guidelines when needed, and step in early to help resolve disputes so they do not escalate into larger problems. I would also lead by example, maintain a professional and approachable presence, document incidents properly, and work with the rest of the staff team to keep the server fair, active, and enjoyable for everyone. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I should be un-PK'd for the simple reason of that's not what went down and how he died is legit. Browniemeister was too busy trying to tie up a girl in the Luftwaffe and he stated he's MGD and the MGD has a warrant. When I overheard that I went over there to see if they were in fact MGD and or just trying to find other reasons to abuse their authority, When I went up the stairs they took the Luftwaffe enlisted member into an office and I opened the door. Not once did the man guarding say what he was doing or any orders he gave me to back up. He then dealt damage to me knocking me from full hp to half.
