Explain why you were PK'd:  Apparently Kidnapping and Mugging in the mines

Why should you be un-PK'd?: there is no evidence or reason for this. i was showing my friend around the city and was arrested and firing lined.

Additional Information: I would like to see the evidence.

You were accused with another person of robbing people in the mines. An Oberst in the army reported you to the feldmarshall, so he decided to order your execution.
Looking at the logs of your Roger Polvernski char, I can see that you indeed have robbed someone of their platinum ores.

true, however this is hours before the alleged muggings that i allegedly did

Thank you for taking the time to create a PK Appeal. I will review all evidence provided and come to a decision once I know how the information was discovered any why it warranted involvement from NHC.

After discussion, your PK shall be rescinded. You were picked up off the streets by a functionary of the FM's guard because you 'matched a description', which meant wearing the exact same starter clothes as everyone else. There is no way that they would be able to identify you, as your character did not tie-up or rob a member of the 11th Division. No solid evidence was available or provided to the NHC requesting the PK.
