Additional Information:  Hello, I was walking around and needed food, I am employed by Weiss Company, who own Lucky Japan. I tried to open the front door however my keys weren't working. Senior Officer Johnny Ryder saw me try open the door and asked me what I was doing there, I told him I had keys to the door yet the door wasnt working and he detained me for questioning believing i had trespassed. He brought me to the interrogation room, saying I had only been detained and when I had stayed silent as he was "interrogating" me he said he would just take me down to the cells. I was sat in the cell for rougly around 10 minutes with only the officer coming to search me once, where after a few minutes I got sentenced for 5.1.1 without anything even being said to me. It is to my understanding that my options are plea deal or court and I cannot just be sentenced for a crime at the whim of an officer just wanting to charge me for it. When i made a staff ticket about this, the officer himself on his staff character took the ticket and ignored it, not making any attempt to speak to me about my report. I then had to make a second ticket to which he took it and teleported me up to the sit area. sharkbait claimed that he charged me for trespassing simply because he believed I was not roleplaying with him due to me not answering his questions in the interrogation room. This seems completely wrong and unfair by forcing me into a charge without giving me the necessary legal proceedings.

Hi Ciaper, Me and another officer detained you for trespassing and wanted to bring you back to NYPD for questioning, you immediately made a staff ticket for false arrest, whilst another member of staff claimed your ticket and stated it wasn't a False arrest In LOOC.  whilst being placed in interrogation you failed to provide any RP And ignore all questions and evidence against you. I was told to take you to the cells and book you under the section 5.1.1. (Trespassing).  the staff ticket you made was up there for some time so I switched to my staff character and took you to a sit and tried explaining once again that you was booked for trespassing and also breaking NITRP during that interaction . not to sure how this made it to a staff report

This is not staff abuse or reportable in any way.

If you think you were falsely imprisoned then sue them in game or seek retribution for those false charges in game.  There is no such thing as a rule of false arrest or anything preventing someone from randomly arresting you, as you portray it. This is all an in character issue and its up to you. To be fair if you were stonewalling and refusing to speak to them at all then you should have just been PKed. 

Nothing about this report is staff abuse or misconduct. Him taking you to a sit to explain the reasons is a courtesy and not something you are entitled to at all.
