Paul Müller's Appeal

[Volkswagen]

Character's name & rank: Operative Paul Müller

SteamID : https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198176596851/

Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): No clue

Explain why you were PK'd: Because I accidentally shot the mayor while trying to resolve a hostage situation

Why should you be un-PK'd?: Because, I believe it wasn't my fault after so long time I finally got promoted to Operator and put in charge of a Unit, I have already resolved a hostage situation and I believe that the mayor ran towards the guy I was shooting instead of trying to get away.

Video of the situtation from my point of view

[Volkswagen]

As you can see on the video wasn't cuffed, I started shooting the millisecond Mayor started walking forward, I am a human and I dont have inhuman reaction time of 0.00009 milliseconds to stop firing

I don't think, if we are looking at this from the RP way that a person who is held hostage would try to walk towards the attacker, I think that a person in that situation would try to walk away
